Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this attractive house for $359 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to our beach house! Happily named Thin Mint. Completely remodeled Beach style house, with new furniture, electronics, granite countertops, appliances etc. It is one block away from the Beach & Ocean Blvd. Our rental features: -Gas Golf cart. (Rental companies charge hundreds per day for cart rentals in summer) -Bedroom #1:Queen Bed Smart TV. -Bedroom #2:Queen bed. 39” Smart TV. -Detached Game room: Has a Queen size sleeper sofa & a full bathroom. Small refrigerator & basic kitchen. Also has a Foose ball table, Electronic dart board, TV Nintendo with built in 500 games. -Living room: Beach style furnishings with queen size sleeper sofa. 40” Smart TV -Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, utensils, pots pans, Keurig coffee maker & margarita blender -Linens and towels & washer & dryer -Big fenced in backyard with two picnic tables & charcoal grill, horseshoe pit, cornhole, fire pit & Tiki Toss -Covered & screened in oversized rear porch with tiki bar & farm style table!! -Beach chairs & umbrella - Free parking pass for Downtown/Boardwalk/Family Kingdom. Really enjoyed our stay at Thin Mint house. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. My grandchildren (20 and 17 years old) came for 2 nights and we all had a grand time. The golf cart was used once and is a very nice addition. Would love to come again sometime!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Thin Mint! We loved being able to walk or take the golf cart to the beach. The yard was perfect for hanging out and for our dog to play outside. Amenities were great! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Adam was helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We visited the "Thin Mint" for Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The location. of the house to the beach is a short walk or golf cart ride away. It was great having a golf cart provided! It made it so much easier for us to take the kids and beach chairs (which were also provided) with us to the beach. We loved how clean the house was and especially the fenced in yard for our dogs! We loved spending time on the. screened in back porch and. made many memories playing. board games and watching the dogs play. The corn hole game, Giant Jenga, books and board games were a great "homey feeling" touch. We will definitely be back if we are able to make it to Myrtle Beach again! Host was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

I had the best time and being so close to the beach was a plus for my 1year old daughter. Our dogs came along which made it better for my daughter to adjust to the settings. It was convenient to go out and eat and shop! We will be back to Thin Mint again!

Comfortable, modern conveniences, heart of Myrtle beach, and cheaper than a condo, at least this time of year. We were anywhere we wanted to be in 10-15 minutes max. Host was thoughtful, and made himself available were we to need help with anything.

Great stay!!
We had a blast, this house was perfect for what we needed! The extra bedroom was so great we spent most of the time on the screened in porch! My pups were there for only a day but loved the fenced in yard!!! Adam messaged me to make sure we got in and if we needed anything else also he let us ck in early as I had friends flying in at 10a so it was so perfect the extra coffee he had was a nice touch as we forgot to get some🤦♀️ And let me tell how much fun we had w the wood game that was there lol everyone said the beds were comfy and the fold out in game was very comfy too!!!! Thank you again sir we will be bk for sure!!!

Overall Ok
Great location in proximity to the beach. Great yard if you are bringing a pet along. Owner available if needed. Could have been cleaner. Several things were either broken or not functioning properly but not worth complaining about since we were staying such a short time.

There was an error on the owners behalf when we originally booked the property. The error wasn’t discovered until a week before our trip at which time we were told we could stay at one of his other properties next door for one night and then move to the property we actually rented the next day. Although this solved the issue we ended up missing out on 1/2 day of vacation, as we couldn’t be in any house from 11am-3pm while they were being cleaned. It was a pretty big inconvenience especially because it was down pouring during that time.
The house was fairly clean other then the floors which left our feet black, but did lack some general maintenance. One of the kitchen cabinets was broken and fell off every time you touched it, the shower faucet in the main house was broken, the door for the guest house wouldn’t close and needed repairs. Anytime we mentioned a concern the home owner quickly had it fixed, but we felt these were things that should be taken care of before guests were in the house.
There was a big lack of bath towels. We had 8 people in the house and had 7 towels total that were all very small and thin. It was constant towel washing to have enough. There were no beach towels so plan to bring your own.
It was nice to have some beach supplies, but most of what was provided was broken. I guess I’m not sure if it’s beach stuff that belongs to the owner or things left by other guests.
The pull out couches were unusable for sleeping. They were highly stained and thin. You could feel every coil. We ended up purchasing an air mattress for our kids to use. There was also no extra blankets in the house for the pull out couches so ended up buying some. The queen beds in the main bedrooms were very uncomfortable and the bed frames were flimsy and squeaked and shook every time you even rolled over.
The location of the house was good if you like the central Myrtle Beach area. It is a long 2 blocks to an area of the beach. We much preferred the quieter beaches in the Northern area. We would drive 10-15 minutes North and Pay to park for the day to get to a beach that wasn’t packed. The neighbors across the street were also very loud and tended to rev and race motorcycles up and down the street at all hours of the day. While the house even with these faults met our needs, If we were to return to the area we would book something in North Myrtle Beach where the crowds are much less and the beaches are nicer.

It was so nice to see there was an extra building in the back of the property where our college-aged son could stay that included a small kitchen, bathroom, and everything else. The property is very dated but in overall good condition. The master bed was not very comfortable and there is significant difficulties with finding sockets to plug in our electronics, I'm assuming because of the age of the place. There were lots of extras and the owner was very nice. There was a grill in the back that we used and a very nice patio area that is enclosed. Unfortunately, the golf cart was smoking very badly after we went on our first outing in it. We discovered that something was burning through the seat. We let the owner know immediately. He came the next day and replaced the seat. We took it for one more ride but the same thing happened, burning through the seat - this time so quickly we could feel it coming through the seat. This is the ONLY reason, I'm giving this property a 4. It is very overpriced without the golf cart being able to be used. We stayed there for 8 days so not being able to use the golf cart really impacted our stay as we had planned on daily excursions in it.

Awesome stay
The host is super easy to get ahold of if there is a problem. We only had one minor problem with the golf cart not starting and Adam responded with speed and got it fixed. Would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem
This property exceeded our expectations for our first AirBnB experience. It was a two family get together with kids and it was perfect to allow the adults have the house and the kids be separate in the other house/room. Everything was practically provided, I recommend bringing extra towels. Thr kitchen was supplied and condiments were left in the kitchen from other families. The grill worked perfectly. We had issues with the Golf Cart but the owners were amazing with getting the issue resolved, it was a few min walking distance to the beach. the parking pass was helpful to check out the boardwalk and were able to park right next to our friend who used the parking pass and paid $1.15 for 3hrs. If you want souvenirs there is a store Practically next door. Thank you for having us!!! Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Hidden gem
Checkin with keyless entry great. Prompt response with owners. Place was perfect for our needs. All kitchen things worked great except for handleless skillet. Think u could use a new one. Couch in LR very uncomfortable, seems u r sitting on springs. Couch in play house out back is much more sturdy. Beds comfy as were linens.
Golf cart was the clincher. Great fun to ride around town in open air. Dog enjoyed fenced in back yard but sure needed mowed. Used grill and worked great. Could use some outside cleanup like broken chairs and good sweeping in enclosed porch. Thanks for great lil house!! Perfect location!

Perfect Beach Vacation
The pictures truly do not do this property justice. The house is perfect and everything you need is included. The size is ideal for two couples or a small family and it's convenient to everything. Adam was also available to answer any questions we had and check-in and check-out was super simple. The back yard was fantastic and even though we only got on the golf cart once because it was too cold, it ran as it should and was fun. The ONLY complain that we had is that we had to leave. We will def be back.
