About this house rental
Our free-standing comfortable holiday home is on the verge of Morcote on a hillside plot with open views over Lake Lugano. Behind the property adjoins the forest. There are two terraces, a covered portico, so you can always find a sheltered shady spot. There is a large living room with dining area, two bedrooms, a nursery. All rooms have a wonderful view of Lake Lugano. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven and plenty of dishes. In the basement there is a Miele washing machine.
In the nursery there are built-in flyscreen blinds and blackout curtains.
While swimming in the 7-meter swimming pool you can enjoy the full panorama.
The house is located in a very good, clean condition, because constantly repairs and improvements are carried out.
In urgent cases, there is a local contact.

Easy to visit the country and even Milano if you want.

Es ist unser Lieblingshaus im
Tessin. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche erlebt, mit Swimmingpool, sensationeller Aussicht und erholsamen Stunden. Wir hoffen auf noch viele kommende Ferien an diesem speziellen Ort.
