We were in constant messaging with the owner about our arrival time, still had to wait 10 minutes the get the key.

The appartment is nice and well equipped however the internal sono-isolation is extremly poor so you practically can ehar everthing that happens in the other part of the apprtment. Also we found coackroches in the room and in the bathroom.
