Great location Close to everything Spacious

Photographs clearly show a balcony but there wasn’t one Beds were uncomfortable Bathroom was dirty from previous guests Sofa bed bedding wasn’t fresh Half eaten sweets/crisps were left around the apartment Floor boards weren’t properly done so they slipped under your feet Clothing from previous guests left in wardrobe and drawers

There was no clear instructions how to gain entry into the property and I wasnt sent any entry codes. I had to call pearl to gain access codes.

Apartment is so close to everything, beach, bars and restaurants and of course currys so we didn't bother to bring our car.

Avoid at all costs!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Nothing ,it was disgusting, owners very rude. For £200 a night you expect clean beds,and not hairs everywhere. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Everything. Apartment was disgusting. Pubic hairs on the beside table. Beds not changed. Dust everywhere. Gaps in floor boards,which my toddler hurt her toe on. Pearl the owner not very nice when we rang to complain about the Apartment we paid £200 for. Would not let a dog sleep in it. It was that bad we didn't even stay ,I would not let my children sleep in them disgusting beds with someone else's hair all over them. We had to drive home late at night with 2 young children. Pearl hung up on us when we rang and told her I want a refund. I've sent her pics of how dirty the place is and no reply, not even sorry at all. All these pics are from inside our room. I have more but will only let me post 4. Also advertised there's a balcony, there is not.

Great clean apartment with easy access to everything

The location is great for being in walking distance to everything from the beach to the amusements. quiet surroundings. coffee machine was a bonus!

Bed could be a bit more comfortable.

apartment was clean and great location next to the beach and train station

television was broken sound would stop working after a few minutes. the few minutes. dishwasher fell out when you opened the door. the view of a dirty lane wasn’t great and the wall and floors where like cardboard kept awake by other guests drinking and banging doors till 4 in the morning not ideal when you have a 8 year old.

Location was great and ability to leave bags before official check in and after check out was great

Very noisy neighbours and walls very thin. TV kept cutting out on the volume every 10 mins.

Apartment was lovely but could have been cleaner. Floors hadn't been cleaned dirty and hairs on floor

loved how spacious it was, perfect for me and my friends

Modern, fresh, and perfect located apartment but missing essentials and basic cleaning

I liked where the apartment was located and the space around

I didn’t like that the apartment appeared unclean with surfaces dirty, curtains folded up, rubbish on table and pillows lying about and dirty drying cloth. There was no basic forks and knife cutlery, ironing board or blanket/pillows for the sofa bed so 3 of us had to share a double bed

excellent location

perfect location and clean

This apartment has the potential to be great, there was a few snags that need attended too. patio door needs fixed , lock is broke. toilet seat needs fixed Cupboard door in bedroom needs fixed blinds won’t go down. The apartment is really clean the facilities would be perfect if these few things where attended too. We only stayed for one night so these didn’t affect our stay but for anyone staying longer these things may be an issue.
