Property is an excellent location. It’s spacious for two people and very clean. I am a big fan on comfortable beds and these need better mattress.
Hallway stairs need to be fixed. It’s plywood on the floor.

Nagyszerű lokáció, felújított ingatlan. Az ingatlan kezelő ügynökség remek. Tisztaság kiemelkedő volt és felmerülő igényre is gyorsan reagáltak. A segítség a kis tuk-tuk golfautóval nagy segítség volt:) Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.
A lépcsőház lépcsőit fel kell újítani, mert kicsit veszélyesnek tűnik. Az ágy rövid volt a hálóban és nyikorgott, nászutasoknak nem ajánlom.

Es war alles da und noch in einem relativ neuen Zustand. Die Lage war an sich gut, wenn man direkt in der Stadt sein möchte.
Bett:
Ich hatte bei meiner Buchung explizit darauf geachtet, dass es zwei Betten gibt. Letztlich war es ein Bett und eine Schlafcouch, welches aber als Bett deklariert wurde. Hätte ich vorher gewusst, dass es eine Schlafcouch ist, hätte ich eine andere Unterkunft gebucht.
Barriere:
Die Wohnung ist in einem der höheren Stockwerke und die Treppen sind sehr alt und schmal, was für ältere Menschen eine Herausforderung darstellen kann und was man einfach wissen muss.
Parkplatz:
Auch wichtig zu wissen: der Parkplatz kostet zusätzlich und ist nicht im Preis inkludiert. Auch muss man mit einem Shuttle hingebracht werden, der auch morgens erst ab einer bestimmten Zeit startet. Wenn man also früher los muss und das Gepäck noch zum Auto bringen muss, ist es definitiv unvorteilhaft.
