The location on the cabins was staring write at a Fjord. I think the profile under sells this place. It was 100% worth it to go to Aurland and away from Flam you really feel as if you are experiencing the best of Norway.
Obviously not having a bathroom if your room is tough and sometimes you had a wait for the communal shower / toilets but for a couple of nights you can deal with it.

We keep coming here. The accommodation is very basic, but the view and locatioon are just amazing! Very good value for money.
All was good. The bathroom areas could benefit from an upgrade, but that is not a problem as is.

I got the cabin really clean, and the staff was helpful. And the price if you are really four people in the cabin is really affordable, and the view is magnificent.
The main disadvantages were the shared toilets, there were only two for men, and happened to be so many times I wanted to go to the toilet and needed to wait a long time because the toilet and the shower were in the same room (maybe to add a separate one only for the toilet). The second one is the distance from the city hall, it's like 13 min, and seven of them you need to walk on the road itself without any sidewalk.
