The location is good—about a 25-minute walk from the central station.
The bed is very comfortable.
There is an electric kettle for tea in the room.
It's clean.
Hard to find: The sign for "Isola Bi" is written in small letters under a person's name. Naturally, you look for a larger sign since it's listed as a B&B.
Disappointing "breakfast": The listing mentions breakfast, but serving packaged supermarket toast, a croissant, and cheap jam doesn't qualify as one. For comparison, a guesthouse I stayed at the night before offered similar packaged items (plus chocolate spread), but they didn't mislead guests by advertising it as a breakfast.
Awkward layout: It feels like you're staying in someone else's house. The floor plan is strange, with other rooms nearby and your private bathroom located right next to another guest's room, about 20 meters away from your own.

It was very close to isola, corso Como and porta Garibaldi so it was easy to reach metro and train station
The doors of the room were not sound-proof

Big room and the value of money.
The location its hard to find, there is no big name attached to the building. Noisy bed everytime you move. The breakfast area is in separate building. 3 doors before you reach your room and it has different key.
