The children are safe to roam freely and Lake Annecy and the mountains are nearby.
It is very easy to transform the two single beds into a double bed.
Annecy is only 6 km away, so you can enjoy the lake and its many beaches very easily. A cycle track joins Annecy.

We had a great stay. The owner is hospitable, and the house is complete with a lot of extra facilities. During our visit it was very warm, three ventilators were available. To make this home perfect, our tip is to install an airco and solar panels on the roof for a sustainable cooling.

La maison est parfaite, il n'y manque rien pour passer un très agréable séjour.
Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins avec nous et sont hyper-réactifs quand on a besoin d'un conseil.
Bref, je conseille.

Mirka hat das Haus perfekt eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Von der Waschmaschine über die elektrische Saftptesse bis hin zum riesigen Fernseher mit internationalem Fernsehprogramm war alles vorhanden.
Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (10 und 13) da. Die Zimmer sind groß. Es wäre auch ohne weiteres Platz für 2 bis 3 weitere Personen gewesen. Die Terrasse ist mit einem großen Tisch der perfekte Ort fürs Frühstück oder gemütliches gemeinsames Essen oder Spielen. Die Loungeecke lädt zum Relaxen ein.
Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar, bietet aber eine schöne Sicht auf die Berge. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Annecy. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Im Ort gibt es einen Bäcker und ein gutes Restaurant (Le Cejo) .
Mirka und Victor sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mirka hat uns mit Infos über Strandbäder und mögliche Aktivitäten versorgt und war als Ansprechpartnerin immer erreichbar.
Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir können Mirkas Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Noch ein Tipp. Möglichst nicht am Wochenende nach Annecy fahren, da ist es sehr voll.
