Great host and beautiful property

Lavino was so friendly and welcoming, he offered assistance at every given opportunity. The property is incredibly spacious and very clean, it felt like a home away from home. Location is so near to Titos lane but you wouldn’t be able to tell, it is very peaceful and safe

Perfect Stay you will ever get.

Really spacious and well maintained property, located at an ideal location. The pricing is also good and thus its a value for money stay. I don't think you will be getting another stay like this. Only problem is that we have 1 common bathroom in total, and that itself was not a problem for us. However, the bathroom had a partial glass door, and it is a bit awkward when you travel with two families. But, its not a big problem. Overall, I am very much satisfied

lavino the host is very nice , accommodating, and responds immediately over whats up all throughout the stay. property is super clean. perfect location. 8 to 10 mins walk to the beach. all essential day to day provisions a few steps away.

not really. however we would have loved if more kitchen cooking provision would have been provided

Lovely Apartment with a Great Owner

This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment with great views from the terrace; however, it was the owner who really made our visit enjoyable. He could not do enough for us, and we were very appreciative.

I had a wonderful stay at this establishment. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also meticulously maintained, reflecting a great deal of care and attention to detail. The overall property was in excellent condition, and it was evident that the management spared no effort in keeping it in top shape. A highlight of my experience was the warm and gracious welcome I received from Lavino, which set a positive tone for my stay. Their hospitality was truly remarkable.

One aspect that did pose a minor inconvenience was the property having only one washroom. This occasionally led to some waiting time, which, although not a major issue, was something to consider for future improvements. Additionally, I would suggest ensuring that someone is readily available to assist guests should they require any help or information during their stay. Very comfortable, pleasant and relaxing :)

Everything was really amazing with a wonderful host, Mr. Lavino. The property was clean, spacious with an accessible kitchen. Location is a bonus, everything was quite easy and connecting. Will definitely look forward for my ever upcoming trip with Casa Margarida :)

Location is awesome . Accessible to beach ⛱️. It's good choice and host Lavino and staff was very good and took care of when and where needed. Must prefer choice and recommend it .
