Location in middle of Benevento is perfect to see the city by foot. Decent breakfast included. Room is how it's presented on the website, although you should not expect anything from the balcony.
Parking permit is available, but unfortunately the square closeby had no parking places available anymore (it was Sunday afeternoon); so we had to park the car at some distance. And you don't get the key of the frontdoor (reception is 24/7), but then it's not nice if you need to ring 6 times before the front door opens.

Charming, welcoming hotel in the old town just off the main pedestrianised area.
It's just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the cathedral and other sites. There are many restaurants nearby.
They had secure parking for my motorbike.
The staff were very helpful.

The man working the place. Very clean.
Small quarters, limited breakfast, tv languages no English, surrounded by bars, graffiti and dirty streets. No restaurants only cafés. No English speakers.
