The fifth bedroom is downstairs; it has a double bed (140cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate studio with sixth bedroom. There is a double bed (140cm) and single bed, with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This lovely studio is private and perfect for older teenagers or a small family. It has it's own separate terrace with sitting area. There is also the boules court at this lower level. There is air conditioning throughout. The villa has been recently furnished to a high standard and completely repainted and decorated.
