We loved everything about this property! Tiziana and her family were lovely, perfect hosts. They own the adorable store below (Dream) so they were close by if we ever needed anything and they also have so many cute souvenirs! They were so kind and caring. Any problems we had, they solved as quick as possible. The property itself is lovely, I had trouble visualizing the layout so hopefully this helps someone else. Immediately when you open the front door there are steps (5-6) up to the bed and bathroom are on that level, then a few small stone steps and a ladder like stairs takes you up to the top floor with the kitchen and terrace. But the location is amazing as well. You’re so close to many restaurants and best of all, in 5 minutes you’re swimming at Lana Monachile! We would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so soon!
The only (very small) negative was the WiFi didn’t work super well and because the walls are (gorgeous) stone, it was hard to get a signal. If you’re here on vacation, it’s nice to unplug. But if you have to work at all, it was a little rough.

la posizione è indiscutibilmente ottima a 2-3 Min a piedi da Lama monachile e dalla piazza principale.
l'originalità della struttura.
la pulizia, il personale, hanno un negozio proprio lì di fianco e si sono resi sempre disponibili.
noi viaggiando leggeri non abbiamo avuto problemi ma essendo gli spazi molto contenuti e le scale molto ripide potrebbe non essere adatto a persone con disabilità motorie o con bagagli ingombranti.

Great location, lovely pretty street with shops and restaurants next door. Aircon was great in hot weather, owner was very kind. Really nicely decorated, perfect for an overnight when touring around Puglia
This is a small property and I found the steep stairs a struggle with my luggage. There is a small kitchen on the top floor but it is too hot to use during the summer. It’s a very loud apartment and you can hear everything from the neighbours and on the street. However it was quiet after 11pm so didn’t keep me awake.

Wifi inexistant, malgré l’indication à la propriétaire, rien n’a pu être fait. D’autre part aucun réseau cellulaire (obligé de sortir de l’appartement pour pouvoir appeler etc). Si vous cherchez la déconnexion totale peut être que ça vous plaira.
Étroitesse du lieu notamment salle de bain)
De manière générale, oubliez si vous êtes deux ou que vous avez une valise qui mérite d’être ouverte (pour par exemple, prendre du linge)
