An open plan ground floor contains a designer kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances. The living area features a cozy seating area and a dining table up to 14 people for relaxing moments. A fireplace on cooler days of autumn or spring for heat and a large flat screen TV for entertainment. The pool terrace is partly covered; in the rear patio area is a fireplace grill. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work. Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
