Excellent location. Hotel was close to everything that we wanted to do on our stay. The room was excellent, very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The TV wasn't working, which we were informed of on check-in, but not a major issue as we were out most of the day and evenings.

Great value for money. The location was surprisingly good with excellent bars and cafes closeby.

The room was noisy and dark. Couldn’t use the balcony which did not resemble the advertising shots. Would stay again but ask for a different room.

I love the location, the staff, the comfy bed, the shower head and shower pressure! This is my second time staying at the hotel and it won’t be my last!

Unfortunately my TV didn’t work… but it is scheduled to be fixed and is unlikely to be a problem for future guests! We were upgraded in compensation for the inconvenience which was thoughtful. As I said- great staff!

Clean room and great location

I requested an early check in between 1pm and 2pm. Understand this can’t be guaranteed and that check in is at 2pm. I was told they would try but my room would be ready at 2pm. So I walked around the city doing some shopping and arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm and was told my room wasn’t ready yet. I explained I had an event to get to by 5pm and needed to get ready. The staff were friendly on check in and after a little wait they found me another room, which I was grateful for. Not sure if this is a room they don’t normally use due to noise? As when I got back from my event the constant loud noise coming from the air vent was unbearable. I didn’t have any AC on so wasn’t that. It sounded like a toilet being flushed over and over all night! I phoned the reception at 5am to request ear plugs as I couldn’t sleep at all! I was advised they didn’t have any. The noise was so loud and consistent, it was enough to send anyone mad! The location and check in staff were great, the room was clean. The check out staff member was not friendly, didn’t say a word to me other than what room number, didn’t even ask how my stay was. Would I stay there again? No, that noise was torture! And that’s coming from an ex flight attendant who spent 10 years sleeping in hotels. And yes, I normally would have my own ear plugs but changed my toiletries bag and forgot them.
