About this villa rental
Located in Vila Nova de Cacela, this attractive villa for $170 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located in the village of Altura, 12 km from Tavira, 10 km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio and only 700m from the superb sandy beach. The interior of the villa is comfortable, relaxing, bright and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich toaster. The living / dining room is open, with access to a beautiful south-facing terrace with a covered dining area. 3 bedrooms, located upstairs with balcony, Accompanied by a large bathroom. The property is fully equipped with towels and bed linen at your disposal There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms as well as in the living room. (which can also be used for heating in winter), if necessary. WiFi is available for free throughout the house. The house does not have a swimming pool, but you will find one in praia verde (5 min by car) and one by the sea in manta rota, also 5 min by car. (see the pictures) The village leads to the long sandy beach with a pedestrian promenade. It has a relaxed holiday atmosphere and offers basic shops, cafes, bars and a wide variety of restaurants and a wide range of water sports, swimming pools and children's attractions. Bike rental right next to the house. The Villa is located just 15 minutes from the Spanish border and opens up a new experience with Seville which is around 1 hour by car. For golfers: The villa is a short drive from five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus and of course Monte Rei. Ideal for people who want a peaceful vacation.

We really liked the accommodations, felt they were as portrayed, nice yard etc.
The location was a disappointment, loud motorcycles almost nightly, no regard for the neighborhood which is a little rundown.
All in all we had a good time but would’ve stay at that location again.
Another thing, be very careful with car rentals, we rented from Avis at the Faro airport, they are dishonest and trying to get two thousand dollars for two alleged chips in our windshield. TBD!

A beautiful house in a quiet area
It was our first time renting a property and our host made it an easy and pleasant experience. The house itself was beautifully finished, modern comfortable and very clean. It’s well situated with groceries, dining and beach all within a short car ride but also walkable.

Lovely Stay
Miriam's place is a lovely place to stay. Close to the beach by car and with cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. Ana, who looks after the property, was really helpful. Lovely outside space which is enclosed so great for us as we had our dog. Both Miriam and Ana answered any questions very promptly. Would definitely book again.

Perfect and balanced
The House is as you see in the advertise. Very clean and fully equiped with all you need in vacations. BBQ works well and 2 bathrooms are very good to avoid confusion. Rooms are very good also. 5 stars!!

Unser Urlaub in Portugal hat uns wieder einmal sehr gut gefallen. Ganz besonders in diesem wunderschönen Haus in ruhiger Lage. Alle Räume sind geschmakvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und gepflegt. Gastgeberin Mira war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Casa corresponde ao anúncio, excelente comunicação com a proprietária que teve o cuidado de ligar antes do check in e manifestou total disponibilidade para resolução do que fosse necessários. Casa bem equipada em termos de loiça, eletrodomésticos, roupas; confortável e com bom espaço exterior. Com crianças pequenas torna-se longe da praia para ir a pé, optamos pelo carro. A repetir!!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft - wie auf den Fotos
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Altura sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Mit insgesamt 4 Personen hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Auch den wunderschönen Garten samt Grill haben wir sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert: Mirian antwortete schnell und sehr zuvorkommend auf unsere Anfragen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Uma casa decorada com muito bom gosto, muito limpa e extremamente bem equipada! Com bastantes facilidades para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida (quarto e casa de banho). Um espaço exterior muito agradável para momentos de convívio ou de descontração.

Very Good stay
Charming and well-decorated house. Located at walking distance to the beach. It has a very beautiful front yard with a well-maintained garden which is close to the dinner area. We spent really nice moments there. Bedrooms are nice and the mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. However, there is a design limitation, for which the owner cannot be blamed, as the depth of the upper kitchen cabinets is too large which creates some discomfort when the sink, located below, is being used. Internet is available and works well with mobile phones but it is a bit slow with laptops. Overall, we enjoyed very much our stay and would certainly come back and recommend the house. The owner and cleaning lady were very kind and helpful. There are nice towns close by. The owner has prepared an useful booklet with plenty information about the house and places to visit.

Perfect family beach time retreat
All my kids and I loved our stay at the property. The photos don’t do it justice. The garden is immense and shaded with a large tree. We enjoyed many dinners out on the garden table. The interior is all high-end and designer finishes for a very comfortable and luxurious experience. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would have loved to stay more nights, but maybe we will come back sometime! The beach is more like 1 and half Km away, but is a perfect beach for young children. We all rented bikes and explored the surrounding area. I would highly recommend the place for families, and cannot wait to come back someday!

Mal abgesehen davon, dass es sich nicht um eine „freistehende „Villa handelt, ist es ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus, welches alles was benötigt wird, beinhaltet. Der Aussenbereich / Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Die Strom Versorgung ist allerdings nicht für einen Urlaub im Winter ausgelegt. Uns ist ständig die Sicherung raus geflogen, was doch sehr lästig und ärgerlich war. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Wobei man natürlich sagen muss, das die Strom Versorgung nicht zu Lasten der Vermietung ging. Hier hätten wir uns aber eine schriftliche Betriebsanleitung für den Kamin im Haus gewünscht.
Der schöne Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist für weitere Ausflüge optimal.
Alles in allem ist ein Urlaub in diesem Haus absolut zu empfehlen.

Fantastica villetta
É una villetta con giardino in un posto molto tranquillo ma vicina alle principali strade per raggiungere gli altri posti dell’algarve. Decorata con molto buon gusto. Ampi spazi sia delle stanze da letto che dei bagni che della sala. La cucina ha tutto ciò che serviva per delle piacevolissime cene all'aperto sotto il pergolato. Miriam estremamente disponibile e simpatica.

Dieses Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen
Wir haben zwei Wochen Familienurlaub an der Algarve verbracht. Dieses Haus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und zu einem erholsamen Urlaub beigetragen. Nicht nur ist sehr großzügig sondern auch sehr modern und umfangreich ausgestattet. Der große Garten rundet des Gesamtprogramm ab. Besonders die Kinder haben es geliebt im Garten zu spielen.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles war gut organisiert. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!
