The house consists of a main house and an independent party consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and garage.
The main house includes a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
The house also has a shaded terrace, surrounded by a garden of 700 m2.
It is an ideal place for vacation with family or friends.

Our stay at Frederic’s mountain home was unforgettable. The house was very comfortable, well-equipped, and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The communal swimming pool is about 1.5 km away, and a bakery can be found within 2 km. The beach in Fréjus is approximately a 30-minute drive away.It is an excellent base for exploring the French Riviera, with easy access to destinations such as Saint-Tropez, Nice, and Cannes. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing stay combined with great sightseeing opportunities.

Wir waren Pfingsten zu fünft (inkl 2 Kindern 10+, der Oma und 2 Hunden) für 2 Wochen an der Cote d'azur. Dieses schöne Ferienhaus besteht aus 2 Gebäuden in einem wunderbaren mediterranen Garten. Privatsphäre garantiert und schön für eine schattige Siesta, wenn es am Strand zu heiß wird. Voll ausgestattet bis auf Bettwäsche und Handtücher, inkl Wasch- und Spülmaschine.
Für uns die Ausgangsbasis für viele wunderbare Ausflüge in die Provence und entlang der Küste. Ohne Auto mMn nicht empfehlenswert.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

On a passé un bon séjour malgré les moustiques tigre et araignée qui nous ont dévorés et quelques mini disfonctionnement
