About this house rental
Located in Middle Smithfield, this attractive house for $656 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. BOATS ARE SEASONAL- Boat season starts April 1st and ends October 1st. The White Swan by the Pond is a 4000sqft Poconos home with a beautiful waterfront view. Enjoy the water from our dock (No Swimming), private kayak, and a paddleboat from our dock, as well as fishing with a fishing license. Located in a gated Saw Creek Estates community, filled with amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, gym, restaurant, ski slopes, lake, etc. No refunds will be issued if canceled last minute due to personal Covid-19 issues. Full refund due to Covid-19 will be issued only if the governor of PA bans short-term rentals. Important Hot Tub Information: ****Please attach the spa cover after each use. ****Not having a cover on may prevent the hot tub from heating up. ****The hot tub must always be ON! Never turn the hot tub OFF! ****Turning off the hot tub, especially with water in it may cause the pipes to freeze and lots of other damage. Any damage caused to the hot tub be will be charged accordingly. ****Please refill the hot tub if the water has been splashed out. ****When the water level is below the jets, the hot tub heater will stop working. Please call me and I will guide you on how to fill up more water. ***FAILED TO DO ANY OF THE ABOVE YOU WILL BE FINED $500*** NO SMOKING anywhere in the house. $500 penalty will be applied for smoking in the house. (no cable.) * Coffee Maker and coffee included. * Salt, Pepper, Sugar, and some other spices included. * Linens, towels, blankets, pillows included, * Shampoo, Conditioner, soap included. * Kitchen is stocked with cook wear, silver wear, cups, glasses, baking supply, plates. * Dishwashing supply included. * Access to the Pond. (No swimming allowed from our dock). My property offers a private one-seater kayak, and a five-seater paddle boat can go out from our private dock (only with a signed agreement and a boat waiver). Boating season starts April 1st and ends October 1st. Fishing is allowed with the fishing license. Please enjoy the nature and indoor games we set up for our guests in the basement. This house is designed to overlook the Pond with its modern and large window design facing the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need. We provide you with towels, clean linens, soap, and shampoo. The safe and fully gated community includes *four full-size outdoor swimming pools, *two indoor pools,* kiddie pools, *whirlpool spas,* nine tennis courts,* two basketball courts, *a beach, *a fishing pond, *a walking trail, *a racquetball court, *a fitness center with weight room, a volleyball court, *, and a regulation-sized softball field. On-site dining facilities combine exceptional cuisine with outstanding service. “Top of the World Restaurant" In the winter skiing too. Each additional temporary pass can be purchased in the community center for only $10. Please make sure all 6passes are safely returned to us. If any of the 6 passes provided by us are lost, there will be a $100 fee. -Guests will have to send us all the names of everyone driving to register you with the community. I will not be there to greet my guests. I will send you Check-In info along with the Door Code and other info. Four Surveillance cameras are recording on the property for security purposes. One main entrance. One on the side entrance. One in the backyard entrance. One By the Boats.

Loved the location and the screened in porch we all made good use of. You could tell the house was very maintained. We did some great hiking and used all the pools around the facility. I look forward to go back again.

The house was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Luba was extremely responsive to my questions before we arrived. Everything worked just the way it was supposed to. And the family had fun with the lake, the pools and the playgrounds within the community, as well as lots of nearby hiking.

This home was fantastic! And the owner was so great to work with - always answering our questions quickly. It was very clean and many things were provided like soap and shampoo which was a nice touch. My family had a great time staying here! Beware that the driveway is extremely steep and the walk down to the pond is also very steep (there are stairs.) We would stay here again.

My family and I had an outstanding stay at White Swan. The house has plenty of space and bedroom options with a living room and dining room area that could accommodate our whole group of 9. The basement has a great space to hang out in at night or during a rainy day. My mother loved the sun room area and the rest of the family spent a ton of time outside on the backyard/deck space.
The community itself is very nice with gated access points and a lot of amenities that you have access to. My wife and I used the fitness room/tennis courts multiple days, and my family spent time at 2 of the pools TOW/Mill Pond.
If you’re looking to experience Bushkill Falls this is a short 5-10 min drive away. If willing to drive, East Stroudsburg is about 30 mins away and offers several breweries, wineries and restaurants if you are seeking a day outside of the community.
Luba herself was a fantastic host. She was very easy to communicate with and even helped us out same day with a package delivery we needed to arrive at the community. Would stay again!

As soon as we walked in we felt the warm welcome ! The house is beautiful and decorated for the holidays.. the host has even graciously left a magnum of Prosecco and sweets in a sleigh! Each room was well appointed . I never had to search or call for items (towels, extra bedding or pillows, etc.). The layout of the house was perfect- lots of room to fit our family of 13 while also providing spaces to break away for some alone time (without having to retreat to a bedroom). We were a multigenerational group ranging in age from 7- 94. Everyone had a great time! The bedrooms were spacious (we put all the kids in the primary bedroom which was extremely roomy and offered another private space for the kids to play). The kids especially enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed being able to sit together at meals (no need for a kid table!) as it was winter, we had a beautiful view of the lake. We did not use the enclosed porch but look forward to coming back in the warmer months to enjoy this beautiful home again.
The host was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond when we needed it most! She was also very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this home to anyone with a big family/ friend gathering or even someone looking for some peace and solitude.

Our stay was Excellent, everything from the booking process to the stay were flawless, communication with the owner is excellent. Every single detailed is texted to you with time for you to enjoy your stay, very well organized and the house OMG. Very beautiful, well taken cared off and extremely comfortable. We had a fantastic time as a fam, we’ll definitely recommend it and will most definitely Rent again.

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids loved the downstairs game room and the adults enjoyed the cooler nights in the hot tub. Spent a lot of time on the covered sun porch. Luba was quick to respond about questions that came up. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

The house is wonderful- spacious, so many places to eat dinner, inside, outside, lots of games for the kids, ping pong was popular. The community pools- there are about 5 weren't crowded- we were there during the week, and everyone was friendly. Luba was wonderful responding to us immediately. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and basics such as sugar and salt. The basement bedroom bed is very low, suitable for kids. The steps to the lake are steep but one can walk easily through the woods. Overall a wonderful family reunion place

Welcomes. We had so much space, no one was driving the others crazy. Love Love the table it allowed for all 10 of us to eat, play games, and drink together. The hot tube was a added plus.
