1 Queensize (1) 2 Queensize (1) 3 Tri Bunks (1) This beautiful townhouse is located in the heart of Torquay with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and separate dining room. Enjoy the magic of this holiday house, situated in Old Torquay and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. With ocean views from the deck off the second storey living area, polished timber floors, dining setting for eight and air conditioning this property also has a full bathroom with bath along with a powder room for your convenience upstairs. The bedrooms consist ofx2 Queen Size Beds, X1 Tri bunk anda porter cot available for the little ones. There is also a fully equipped laundry with dryer, gas BBQ and outdoor setting, enclosed back yardand secure parking under a single carport with roller door. This property also offers Free Wifi!!! Please be advised that linen is not supplied or included in the advertised price however is available to hire through an external provider for an additional cost. Please advise our friendly staff should you wish to hire linen during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOKINGS WITH THIS PROPERTY ARE REQUEST BASIS. ONCE YOU HAVE PUT A BOOKING REQUEST THROUGH, OUR FRIENDLY STAFF WILL BE IN TOUCH REQUESTING FURTHER INFORMATION. SORRY NO SCHOOLIES Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 22nd December 2023 to the 19th January 2024, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. A great venue for a getaway in Torquay. If you are looking for accommodation about 10 -15 minutes walk from the centre of town, close to Whites Beach that has a relaxed feel this is the place for you. Wonderful from the balcony of the sunrise and sunset to cap off a great five day holiday. We will be happy to book again.

Great spot for Torquay, close to the shops and is beach front. Everything is in walking distance which is so accessible.

The location was good, close enough to the beach but a quite a walk to the main shops and restaurants. For those that like the afternoon sun, it would be good if there was an outside area set up downstairs, with chairs and a table, as the deck is mainly in shade (and windy) in the afternoon. But overall we would recommend.

Enjoyed a nice quiet mini escape. The house was a close walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and more . Beds were comfy. Nice little view from deck.

Great house to stay in although the mattress’s were a little hard. Well equipped and good position and layout.

Great location
Great place to stay, walk to the beach, clean. Only criticism the bed mattress in main room and mattress on bottom bunk are not very comfortable at all. Apart from that was very happy with location etc
