What's not to like! I would stay here no matter where in the world it was. Quiet! Block out curtains. Staff above and beyond. Air con. Comfy bed. Clean. Flattering bathroom mirror. I could have stayed in my room the whole time and been happy!

The hotel is in a great central location and our room was very comfortable with a lovely view.
The breakfast is good.
What made it special for us was the genuinely warm welcome and considerable help we had from the two main people we met behind reception particularly Belen and Frederico and the very friendly duty manager Lautaro.

The location was great, cleanness very good, the staff were very accommodating.
Breakfast was very basic and most annoying was the bathroom which was very small, also parking should be considered as part of the stay at the hotel.
