The breakfast was excellent, served by the friendly bartenders and kitchen staff (David, as were his colleagues, were wonderful hosts); the receptionists were kind and helpful (thank you Nicola, Angie, and there colleagues), the location was good and interesting, located at a busy Santa Marta area, and gets much foot traffic during the week days. Their facilities are more than adequate, and the place was fun and lively during the FIFA matches and other occasions. The place is usually very affordable, considering the piscina and restaurant environment, and is very close to the Mercado Publica, where you catch the buses to minca and palomino. I enjoyed my stay there and look forward to the next visit.

It’s a good value for the price you pay, I stay in the suite with 2 kids and wife, the room was comfy and clean, facilities also good
We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast option was very bad tbh, scrambled eggs + something else, and a few slices of fruit every single day. The menu of the restaurant has better options, but the food in general is regular.
About the suite; it is on the 3rd floor, and I’d say it would be better to make it a bit childproof. The balcony is not secure, adding a simple net would be a plus for families with small kids.
Last day, they had problems with water service, and eventualities can happen, but the personnel didn’t offer any type of option or retributions for this. We had to travel without having a shower.

The food was mostly good, but expensive.
The pool.
Staff let us leave our luggage here before the check in time after arriving from the airport.
The location was quite far from Santa Marta, we were advised that it wasn’t safe to walk around at night, indicating that it wasn’t the touristy area.
There was loud noise from guests all night until 3am, you can unfortunately hear everything as guests walk past the rooms which are in main building to get to the dorm rooms. Also didn’t seem to be a noise curfew so right outside our room people were yelling and etc while they played games until early hours of the morning.
This is a Santa Marta issue, but the water doesn’t work well, toilets wouldn’t flush properly and tap water mostly comes out splattering.
