Solide Unterkunft

Eine gemütliche Wohnung in schöner Lage rustikal und ausreichend mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.

Leider eine sehr durchgelegene Schlafcouch und nur Kaltwasser in den Bädern (nicht Dusche).

Nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen oder Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen.

Um den Gehweg zum Eingang der Wohnung im Dunkeln zu benutzen ist eine Taschenlampe ratsam, da es einige Löcher wegen fehlender oder beschädigter Platten gibt. Der Bewegungsmelder am Wohnungszugang, an dem auch 2 dunkle Stufen sind, ging nicht an. Wenn man in die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss kommt hat man einen Vorraum für Schuhe und Jacken bzw. Mäntel. Wenn man durch die nächste Tür kommt befindet sich links ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Sauna für 2 Personen. Nach Rechts hinter der Tür steht man vor einer recht steilen Treppe mit 18 Stufen, die ins obere Stockwerk führt. Also nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung oder einer Einschränkung. Vor allem von oben nach unten, eventuell mit Gepäck, nicht so ganz ohne. Hier ist Vorsicht geboten. Wenn man oben angekommen ist hat man gleich auf der linken Seite eine einfache Küchenzeile. Ein Herd mit 2 Kochplatten, aber ohne Ofen um z.b. mal Backbrötchen Aufzugbacken. Ein einfacher Kühlschrank mit kleinem Eisfach, eine Spüle, eine einfache Mikrowelle, eine einfache Kaffeemaschine und ein einfacher Wasserkocher. Dazu einige Schränke mit Töpfen, Tellern, Tassen und Besteck, wobei mit kaum mal 2 oder 3 identische Teile hat. Etwas Schade. Gegenüber der Küchenzeile befindet sich das Schlafzimmer, in dem auch ein Babybett mit untergebracht ist. Das Zimmer lässt sich mit einer Fallschiebetür schließen. Hinter der Küchenzeile kommt man in einen größeren Wohnraum mit Essecke. Die Möbel bzw.die Einrichtung ist recht einfach. Der kleine Fernseher auf zwei zusammen gestellten Nachttischen lässt sich nicht mit der Fernbedienung ein oder ausschalten. Geht nur in dem man den Stecker in die Steckdose steckt bzw. wieder heraus zieht. Die Couch auf der man Sitzt ist eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch, die aber nicht besonders stabil ist und beim Sitzen mit der Zeit immer wieder auseinander geht und man nach einiger Zeit also wieder aufstehen muss um sie zusammen zu schieben. Von diesem Raum geht noch eine weitere Toilette mit Waschbecken...

Zinnowitz immer wieder, aber nich mit dieser Unterkunft.

Zinnowitz ist super und erstklassig, die Menschen sehr freundlich und der Strand sauber. Ich will mal nicht nur schlechtes sagen, wir hatten ein Dach übern Kopf.

Die Unterkunft ist unter aller Würde. Kaputter Boden, schiefe Küche mit alter Technik, alte und zusammengewürfelte Möbel, ein Schlafzimmer aus Uraltzeiten, Steckdosen alt und neu, bei der Toilette muss man aufpassen sonst stößt man sich den Kopf, die Fenster alt, Heizung nicht entlüftet und wärmt nicht, Matratzen durchgelegen und die Schoner voller Tierhaare... Ich bin nicht groß und schwer (160 cm mit 60kg). Achja, auch wenn Radio in der Ausstattung steht, ist das nicht real. Es ist der Radiosender im TV gemeint. Den TV bekommt man auch nur mit Stromkabel ziehen aus, standby ging nicht.

Es war alles da was wir benötigt haben

Nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen, aber der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist nicht der beste.

Wohnung war sauber.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitzubringen mit verbundenen Zusatzkosten war bei Booking nicht ersichtlich. Email dazu vom Besitzer der FeWo an mich direkt war untergegangen, damit auch der Hinweis wie man in die Wohnung kommt. Hier war Anruf über Telefonnummer am Hauseingang notwendig. Ansprechpartner vor Ort gab es nicht. Zum Angebot FeWo mit Sauna sollte auch erwähnt werden, dass der Wohnbereich nur über steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Also nicht jedermanns passable. Kopfkissen müssten erneuert werden.
