Location and clean. Staff all very friendly.
The room we had seemed to have been prepared for one person. One bathrobe, only two pillows and six sheets of facial tissue.
The water in the shower never got warm, no matter how long we ran it.

Great staff very welcoming and good clean room and close to SM Mall
Coordinating transport from airport to hotel was a bit confusing but worked out in the end. Perhaps needs a more streamlined approach.

Adjoining the SM Mall
It definitely should not have the tag ‘by Radisson’
Don’t expect the usual Radisson standards.
Plus the breakfast was way below par, and the staff were so inattentive with regards to replenishing the buffet food on display.
Every morning I had to ask for numerous things to be topped up, including an empty coffee machine, empty milk bottle, and various food.
It was rather tiresome having to ask.
As the saying goes ‘it all comes from the top’ blame the management
