Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in a peaceful, safe, upscale area about one mile to the beach in Pismo. Bedrooms include: One king bed, one queen bed, and one full bed. Full kitchen, living room with fireplace, family room, three TVs, and a double garage. Enclosed private backyard with ocean view deck and built-in fire pit. Two parks within walking distance. One small pet (under 40 lbs.) allowed unless exception preapproved by owner.

My wife and I have stayed at this property in the past. It keeps getting better and better with each stay. The hosts continue to add extra features that make your vacation stay more and more enjoyable. We love staying at this property. The neighbors are very nice and very quiet. That is important to us. Several of the neighbors and also a couple of the local residents down the street are starting to remember us from past visits. One invites me in for coffee a couple of times per week. It is very nice to be welcomed. You can meet some nice people when you walk your dog. To our complete surprise one neighbor brought us half of their delicious cheese cake from Costco. When you stay some place for a month, you need the shopping access to be easy. This is the perfect location for that. Everything you could possibly need during your stay is close by, and there's a Costco with gas station just up the Highway 101, and many of the top name stores are in that shopping center. All the nearby small towns are fun to visit and unique, and the entire San Luis Obispo County area is beautiful. The house, the neighborhood, and the beaches and state parks are beautiful. We stayed at this property for over a month and it was fantastic. It truly felt like a home away from home. The property was clean, great location, and responsive owners.I would highly recommend this place for your next trip to Pismo Beach!

The house is very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The hosts were very quick to respond and very helpful. We look forward to returning in the future.
