Son emplacement,le petit film qui nous a aidé a trouver l’appartement sans problème
La gentillesse des personnes que nous avons eu au téléphone
Le petit jardin de rêve où nous avons pu dîner .
Une très belle chambre et la deuxième trop petite impossible de poser un bagage deux petits lits étroits mais confortables.
Le le bruit de la route et un inconvénient et nous avons eu une chaleur exceptionnelle sans climatiseur

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Ich liebe Altbauwohnungen mit besonderem Flair. Besonders schön war der verwunschene Terrassenplatz mit Feigenbaum. Auch der kleine Fahrstuhl versprühte echte Belle-Époque-Atmosphäre. Er ist zwar nicht sehr gross funktioniert aber einwandfrei.
Die Aussicht auf den See war phänomenal! Das kleinste Zimmer mit dem Minibalkon war am frischesten und besonders angenehm. Die Lage ist ideal: Restaurants, der Bootshafen und Cafés sind ganz in der Nähe.
Um in die Küche zu gelangen muss man durch das Wohnzimmer gehen. Wenn jemand auf dem Sofa schläft, fehlt dadurch etwas Privatsphäre.
Die Lichtschalter waren zudem etwas kompliziert, man versteht nicht immer sofort, welcher Schalter für welches Licht zuständig ist.
Die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche war leider dreckig und fettig.
Trotz der beiden Ventilatoren war es in der Wohnung ziemlich heiss. Zum Glück kam abends ein angenehmes Lüftchen vom See.

Fantastic location. Close to all shops, bars, restaurants and the ferry terminal.
Huge apartments with a great terrace out the back to get out of the sun. Everything we needed was there. Would recommend.

La vista y la ubicación
Varias cosa , nos mintieron con el wifi no tenía , no puede ser que las puertas de los baños sean transparentes por ende uno ve cuando otro se baña o hace sus necesidades.
Encima una baño tiene una bañera muy vieja y alta y una persona grande de edad o con dificultad le cuesta poder ducharse y encima no tiene donde apoyar el duchadot por ende miga todo el piso
