Closeness to Parque Fundidora, MacroPlaza and Casa de Panque, as well as the adjoining modest neighborhood and its stores and eateries. It’s my third time staying at this site.
The soap. Just wasn’t my preference of scents.

Hotel Antigua was a great place to stay safe, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance of all the main attractions in Barrio Antigua (your step count will thank you).
The decor was charming, the hot water actually stayed hot (a true vacation luxury), and the shower pressure could probably power a small car. The room also came with A/C, a mini fridge, and a microwave basically everything you need to feel like a well-equipped traveler.
There’s open Wi-Fi available, but I decided to live on the edge and *not* test its security skills.
My only gripe? The glass front door. Yes, there’s a curtain for privacy… but once you leave, closing it properly becomes an Olympic-level challenge thanks to the door placement. So unless you enjoy giving random passersby a sneak peek of your luggage situation, it’s a bit awkward.
