Book your stay at Ledgerock Pointe! This incredible home is 1,300 square feet and comfortably hosts up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The home is set up for gathering and connecting with friends and family. The living area features comfortable seating, an HDTV, and an incredible board game stash! Around the corner, you'll find the kitchen complete with modern amenities, essential kitchenware, and a stacked washer and dryer available for guest use. The dining area includes a table for 6 as well as patio access that also includes seating for you to enjoy a meal. No matter which you choose, you'll have access to phenomenal views! When it's time to wind down, head to the first bedroom where you'll find a king-size bed and a TV. The resort-style bathroom features a sleek tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and TV as well as an excellent view of the lake and deck. The second bathroom includes a vanity and a soaking claw tub. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a trundle. The deck is all summer vibes with ample seating and a gas grill with propane provided. You'll also find a ping-pong table under the covered awning. The home features a large fenced-in area perfect for the kids to run, play, and have fun! At Ledgerock Pointe, you're just a leisurely 5-minute walk to the water from the house where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, snorkeling, or just floating. There's also no shortage of entertainment as your close to the Hill Country wineries, dance halls, waterparks, dining, live music, and much more. Parking space at the home for your boat and jet skis is available, so feel free to bring them along! *Maximum occupancy at all times is 7 guests and 3 vehicles, strictly enforced. We had a great time! House was comfortable. Back deck was awesome with a fire pit that was nice on NYE..we could see fireworks all around the lake. Cleanliness was sub par (especially of kitchen) but I always plan to do a once over since I cook a lot. I’ve texted with property management and they were grateful for specific cleaning needs. I highly recommend this property.

Stated one room king. One room queen.one room queen on one site another stated bunk beds. When we got there one bedroom king, one bedroom not queen (full size), one bed a trundle with full bed. The view on back porch GORGEOUS! lake is down but view is peaceful. They have bird feed and when we put the feed in feeders, so many birds!!! So peaceful. If we come back to this area,we will book here again!

Beautiful view and property. Enjoyed over the Thanksgiving holiday. Back patio is very nice with bird feeders. We had plenty of birds coming to visit. Ping pong table and games kept us entertained. Would recommend and would definitely return.

The perfect home for our weekend getaway on the water. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. The view was gorgeous from the back porch. We enjoyed the furry creature visitors! Easy 30 minute drive to Gruene. An item was left at the property and was easily located & returned back to me via usps. We are already looking forward to a return stay!

For the most part everything was great. Had planned on having a great dinner with steaks on the grill but the grill didn't work. The master bath sink would not drain properly. Awesome view.

This place was a perfect family getaway. We enjoyed the wildlife and the amazing views of canyon lake. Ping pong table and cornhole was a plus. Communication with agent was great. House was perfect!!!!!

The BBQ grill only worked one night out of three which was a major inconvenience and resulted in loss of meat.

Beautiful but could be cleaner
We loved out stay on the property. The view was amazing, beds were decently comfortable and the kids loved the basketball goal and having their own room. Only complaint was the number of spiders and spider webs in both bathrooms and the closets. The vent in the bathroom with the tub is also gross and has what looks like bugs in it...that could have been cleaner. We aren't fussy people...so we ignored it and enjoyed our stay, but could definitely be cleaned better in the future.

Great Family Friendly Spot!
Ledgerock Point was a great house with a beautiful view of the lake. I really liked that the back porch was totally enclosed so my young kids could play on the porch without me having to worry. All the games were fun for them too! It is a little difficult navigating the area behind the house down to the water after you get off the stairs but I expected that from the description so not a deal breaker. Overall good experience and would come back to this spot.

Friendly tip: Drive SLOWWWWW through the neighborhood. Why? Deer gangs. Think of Outsiders, but with deer. Big deer, little deer. Baby deer. Everywhere. If you love animals, this is a beautiful greeting. If you don't, what wrong with you?

The view of the lake is beautiful. The lake itself, beautiful. The day we went out on the boat it was emerald in color. It's about a two hundred yard walk down to the water and was the perfect temperature. Canyon Lake can be windy -- we pretended we were in an ocean.
Definitely check out Wildflour restaurant. Definitely go tubing -- river is very cold because it comes out of the deepest part of Canyon Lake. Definitely rent a boat.
The host was responsive and kind. The deer had attitude. The cats were in it for the food.
All in all, one of the most magical trips we had. We would say we'll back, but we never actually left. They just haven't found us yet.

We really enjoyed this house! It had an amazing view, fun stuff to do such as ping pong, cornhole, an amazing deck and great stairway down the cliff! It was a bit if a hike down to the water so you want to make sure you take what you need when your ready to enjoy the beautiful clear lake!! We rented a jet ski and the house is right next to a boat ramp! We also fed the deer, saw fox, and some sweet kittens! It was a great lake house!

Million dollar View!!!
We love it so much. This is our second time to stay at the amazing home with incredible deck. We just love it. The owners have made it so comfortable for all their guest. Our party was all adults & we all thought the house was fabulous. I appreciate them allowing us to rent their home. They have thought of everything. The bed King Casper is so comfy. We sleep on a Casper at our house. The queen bed was comfy too. I would recommend the front bedroom to have 2 full size beds or a Queen. It was difficult for a couple to sleep in the bunk bed. The shower curtain clings to you when you use the claw tub. That might need a different kind of curtain. Also the AC charges temps automatically so that needs to be explained or reset so you dont get hot. Some of the AC vents in the ceilings were closed. We opened them. All in all it is a great house. Its spacious & perfect for a lake house. It has the perfect deck & lots of activities if they have children. We will definitely rent this house again. I will give it 5 ?? ????????
