Apartment is spacious, clean and very pleasant for stay. View from the large balcony is great. Kitchen and bathroom is perfect. Netflix is available and useful to watch before sleep some series which you already watching at home. In all bedrooms ( 3 in total ) you have AC which was very useful for us during the very hot days ( temperature was about 40 C degrees outside ) and if there were no AC in all rooms it will be hot like hell... If you are coming by car, parking could be a significant problem but nearby there are several parking spaces at which you can leave your car for 20 eur/day. ( This price of course could be and for sure will be a subject of change in the future ). Location is perfect on the few minutes walking distance from the heart of the city, but anyway it is quiet and peaceful. Yes, elevator is small like other guests noticed, but it is better to have a small elevator than not to have elevator at all. Host is responsive, always at disposal and check in is simple and precise. I will warmly recommend this place and will return for sure if I find it available next time.

We had a very nice time in the apartment. The big sofa on the big balcony with a large view on Thessaloniki and on the sunset was an everyday pleasure! Everything was clean and comfortable, and we were happy to find cold bottles of water and juice in the fridge. Nikos was reactive and gave us all important informations. We were very happy to stay in the apartment for 5 nights!

The place is really clean and organized. It has all the facilities for Children. The location is amazing. The balcony is fantastic. The kids loved to walk around there and enjoy looking the airplanes arriving in the end of the day.

To be honest there was nothing that we really did not like.

- Host was very friendly, responsive, and willing to help - Plenty of restaurants and places to eat within a 5-10 min walk - Super clear instructions to collect keys and house rules also written in the apartment - Spacious and clean - Towels, toilet paper, plates, and everything you need available - Balcony with a nice view towards a park and towards the West (i.e. sunset side) - Quiet and no noise during the night - A playground one block away (in case you have children) - Blinds were super dark so you can have a dark room to sleep

- Elevator was rather small so we had to disassemble the stroller every time

Nikos is the great host! Check-in instructions were very detailed and clear. The accommodation itself is spaceous, clean and well located.

Very nice position, with a good view over the Egnatia park and close to the center. Very reactive and nice host.

The kitchen was reasonably appointed, but there were not pots and pans, so no way to cook, or even prepare a warm breakfast. There was not even a kettle to brew tea. The tiny table in the terrace is good to sip a drink, but even for breakfast for two is too small. The mattrass in the red room was too soft for comfortable sleep.

Nice apartment in downtown Thessaloniki - from the balcony you can see the main square, the tourist attractions are further away but everything within walking distance. There is a fully furnished kitchen but if you are too lazy to cook the old market with numerous restaurants is just one hundred meters away (head towards the sea!). If you can't live without Netflix, it is available (and included in price). We greatly enjoyed our stay there.
