Great house, great location and great host
Our host, Giulia, was doing a great job even before we got to the house. Any questions or isues we had, she gave quick and great answers/solutions. She did a great job making us feel comfortable while we were in the house as well. She gave us great info about the area and answered every question we had. The house it self was great too. It's a shared proberty with two houses, so you share the swimming pool, garden and parking spots, but there's plenty of room. The house was bigger than we had thought it would be, it has everything you need, nice rooms and bathrooms. We were surprised to find such good internet in the house. We can't recommend the house enough, and yet another "Thank you" to Giulia for making everything so easy.
Only little thing about the house that could do with an upgrade is the the beds. At least the big beds. And you need a car to stay in the house, but that's not really a dislike, you just have to plan accordingly.

Exceptional
The pool was really great and the villa spacious and comfortable. Located at the picturesqe Bettona's hilltop, perfect location to visit Perugia, Asisi as well as longer trips to Roma and Firenze. Giulia, the host, was super attentive.

Peaceful, comfortable, air-conditioned and spacious, gracious hostess!
Four bedroom two bath house in Umbria is ideally located near all the sites we wanted to see. It was also very clean and spacious with very little clutter. We loved the white walls, the uncluttered decor, the peaceful setting, the pool and tennis court and the quaint little town that was walking distance from the house! The bedding and linens were immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable!
There were a few things in the house that needed some updating and fixing, but our hostess Giulia was so accommodating, gracious, warm, and helpful and she promised to update and remove old sponges, brooms, and outdoor table!

Beautiful location in the middle of the hills and olive trees.
The supermarket was down the hill. Every morning we had breakfast out on the patio overlooking the pool en the mountains
The musquitos were only to get away by buying those spirals. They really worked and smelled food too

Nice comfortable house. The big pool and tennis court were great for relaxing and fun.
There were a few hours of noise from some works outside the house, but afterwards it was fine.
