It’s a fantastic property!

I loved everything!

Angelica y Kimberly fueron grandes hosts, el hotel es muy lindo y cómodo. fui por trabajo y el cuarto funcionó perfecto. la cocina tenia todo lo necesario para cocinar cosas sencillas. fue una gran estadía.

the garden was nice, the room and bathrooms were very clean, good location (close to the beach), safe area and quiet. Parking spaces were available around the facility. Easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Angelica was very responsive and organized, we got beach towels and umbrella upon request.

bathroom outside the room and camera in the hallway, which was not very comfortable. No food and drinks allowed in the rooms (except water). No cooking area in the kitchen (only quick sandwiches). Towels and bedsheets are not changed during the stay.

The hosts were friendly.

We booked three rooms and one had the bathroom outside in the passage and we were not advised. Also there was no breakfast and if you wanted to have coffee or have anything to eat, you had to wash whatever you used. I don’t go on holidays to wash plates. Also they did not make up the room or changed towels. Once we requested a room on suite for one of the members in our party they complied. We were late to come back to the hotel and the hostess was messaging complaining that it was already after 8:00 pm. We arrive at 9:00. The location was not good at all unless if you have to be in that residential area or be working in somewhere close.
