Didn't have the breakfast Location perfect
Lady on Reception was wonderful She went out of her way to help She was exceptional
Just a small criticism You can't check in until 3.pm
That's not a problem but you can't get in and leave you bags in Reception

Great location, clean with lots of character. Check-in was easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

The reception hostess was fabulous. The location was excellent with easy access and parking. The room was clean, cool, quiet. Plenty of hot water with comfy bed etc. We liked the quirky room but it did feel a little ‘enclosed’ or ‘claustrophobic’ because there was no outside windows. But it was a lovely room nevertheless and we were very pleased with it

Loved it here! Such a beautiful old place to stay, with the chance to see the convent restoration and go up the tower. Great central location, super comfortable bed and one of the best showers I’ve had in ages!
