I’ve stayed there a few times and the value is great and the location is amazing.
There were some issues with hot water, not being available, but staff explained that I just needed to wait longer for the hot water too come out.

Easy check-in, spacious room, big bath tub, semi firm bed. Enjoyed the stay as it was peaceful at night to sleep. Amenities like soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc and also coffee and tea is also provided.
It is a bit old but well maintained. Water temperature is not hot enough during shower.
