This place was lovely. The rooms are large and very clean. AC's worked well and the garden with small pool and day bed is an absolute bonus. Also the host is a lovely lady!

All staff, including Fatima, were really generous and welcoming. The highlight for me is the garden area, a great place to sit in shade when it’s hot, as well as the small pool which is covered by trees but still is nice to cool down in. The breakfast is nice. The room is also nice and had everything we needed.
Registan square is a 30 minute walk away, this wasn’t a problem for me but is worth considering for others.

A genuin local traditional house of early 1900s with backyard with fruit trees and grass, spacious rooms, clean bedlinen, polite smiling staff ready to help. A peaceful environment. Good for the price.
There were no tables and chairs in rooms, overall conditions of the house need in some refreshment.
