Wonderful stay!

Lovely room and great views of the bay. Fabulous & spacious onsen facilities, also with ocean views. Near to the air

The sea view & spa sea view are amazing. The onsen facilities are huge (with dozens of showers) compared to the others we’ve stayed in. Our room was spacious too. Staff were helpful, especially via email before and after our stay.

The shuttle bus to the airport was suspended with no reason given. Taxis are only available by the station which is a 10 minute walk away or via phone if you can call (we couldn’t). When we stayed there was torrential rain getting to the airport turned out to be quite stressful. The welcome dinosaurs and room robots are fun initially, but the actual staff are super-helpful and much appreciated!

Loved the dinos, peaceful onsen, ocean views and great room

A surprisingly pleasant stay! I booked this hotel because I found it was too late for me to continue to my actual destination after flying to Osaka. However, staying in this hotel turned out to be an amazing experience on its own. The dinosaurus robots in the reception were fun and cute welcome to the place. The room was very clean, functional and cozy with good amenities. I especially appreciated the beautiful, peaceful onsen experience late in the evening, gazing at the calming ocean in the morning, and enjoying a local breakfast. Even though the checkin experience was fully automated, it was easy to get in touch with the staff and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great stay!

It takes a bit of a walk and navigation skills from Rinku-Town station (one station away from airport), which might be slightly tricky for some people. For me as a solo traveller with a backpack this was pretty OK.

Location great for access to Kansai Airport and Rinku-Town. The stay experience -below expectations

Check by Dino was cute, but fraught with robot language and confusing instructions. Staff was nearly non-existent and when found, were unable to satisfy our need of additional pillows (one and ONLY one was provided). The cute in-room Robot spoke for 5 minutes in Japanese and came on by itself at inappropriate times and, the hotel overview booklet in the room provided no instructions on how to convert the language of the Robot. It would have been helpful to have assistance in securing a Taxi other than pointing to the QR code on a lobby display board. The restaurant food was OK.

Jurassic Is No So Good For Midnight visitors

To some guests this place is probably the first impression about Japan and Osaka. So the sea view, the breakfast ... must create good impressions. This hotel is good for this.

The machine check in needs improvement. Questions are not well phrased. For visitors who fly the whole day and arrive around mid-night, it will be so much friendlier if we just provide our booking.com reference number and get our keys.

Will come back to this hotel again

It is interesting that the check-in hotel staff was a dinosaur that can speak multi languages. Love the sea view at onsen and from the hotel room. Walkable distance from the station. I followed the information provided from this hotel so it was easy to find the way to walk to the hotel.

I could "hardly" sleep (pun intended)

Nice staff, good breakfast, great location, nice comfy bedrooms except for one tiny details: worst pillows on the planet, be prepared for a sleepless night.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillow: basically a thin slab of concrete. I see a few reviews of people who liked it and I question their mental sanity. I've never had such a bad night of sleep in my life and I seriously do not understand how the thing I was meant to sleep on can be considered a "pillow". Everything else in the hotel is great, which would be a bargain for the price, facilities and location. Unfortunately being able to sleep is infinitely more important than all the rest, hence my rating. If you don't trust me, try it yourself but be ready to swap out the pillow for a towel at 5am in a desperate attempt to fall asleep and rest the neck.

Nice hotel for a short stay

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good selection of dishes offered. The hotel was close to the airport. The hotel room we stayed in was a little small but it was very clean and comfortable. It was a nice overnight short stay.

Wished there was a shuttle service to and from the airport. We arrived at night so we had to walk to the hotel in the dark so that was a little scary experience since we were unfamiliar with the area and not sure if we were going in the right direction. But in the end, we were able to find the hotel pretty easily. Not enough towels provided. We had to use the same bath towels that we took to the hot springs and to bathe in the hotel room.

Convenient location for a short stopover.

It was conveniently located close to Kansai Int Airport for a short turnaround in flights.

The room description says “This room features a hot tub and a private open-air bath”. This is information is not correct. There is only a shared indoor and open-air bath in the adjoining building.

Very good location, perfect for last stop before you go back home via KIX airport. Near supermarket, Rinku outlet that you can find everything. If I come back to Osaka, definitely stay at this hotel again for sure. PS. breakfast is good.

Fun hotel, nice bath. But no good if you have tattoos!

I liked the dinosaurs. Silly fun. Human interaction was also available at the touch of a button and was promoted and courteous. The bath was nice and the bath area outside. It was like a quiet hotel joined to a thriving bath place and cafe.

I really don’t like the no tattoos rule in the bath. I don’t have tattoos but most of my friends do . It’d be hard to recommend it to my foreign guests in Japan because they wouldn’t be able to experience the bath, which is one of the main points. It’s time to move on from no tattoos, Japan! Rooms not sound proofed. Not a problem when we were there but easy to hear adjoining rooms. No shuttle bus to the airport. So near and yet so far! Booking.com has the taxi price erroneously listed as way too high (subtract one zero!) which might put people off staying.

Close to the airport

They don’t offer any kind of taxi services and it is not stated in the policy list on booking.com, we had to lug our luggages all the way to the airport. Worse of all my mother’s wallet got stolen and the staff refuses to let us see the cctv footage and could only say “no drop anything” over and over again

힐링여행에 딱인 호텔

비행기 놓쳐서… 머물게 된 숙소였는데 바다 보이는 전망에 방을 주셨고 전체적으로 깔끔한 호텔이었어요. 방안에 귀여운 로봇이 있는데 “한국말 할 줄 알아?” 하니까 고개를 절레절레 하더군요 ㅋㅋㅋ 귀여웠어요. 아 카운터에 직원분은 안 계셨고 공룡로봇이 움직이면서 체크인해줘서 신기했어요!! 힐링여행에 딱인 숙소임다 위치가 애매하지만 바로 옆에 온천도 있고 아침에 해 떠오른 바다는 예술이어요..

딱히 없어요! 이 숙소에 하루만 머물렀다는 게 아쉬울 뿐..

旅途中的疲惫在此得到的舒缓

酒店入口就是恐龙主题的服务台，全程可自助操作，遇到困难的的地方也可咨询工作人员，工作人员处理问题的速度蛮迅速的。酒店里面自带温泉、洗衣房。凭借房卡即可在温泉房入口处去的一张印有泡温泉通行证的二维码，凭借这个才可以进入温泉专属区域，否则会有一道安检门阻拦。仔细的冲完澡后，可以在室外泡温泉，观赏晚上的大海，十分惬意与悠闲。

早餐是自费的，地理位置有点偏僻，尤其是晚上的时候，有点找不到宾馆的入口。突然进入酒店会被前台的两只恐龙吓一跳，没有提前了解酒店。浴衣是在一楼楼梯入口处拿取的，有时需要再次往返拿取浴衣比较麻烦，梳子及其他用品也在浴衣放置处，酒店里卫生间里有牙刷与牙膏所以不需要在一楼拿取。

온천이 정말 좋습니다! 방도 나름 넓구요, 로보혼도 있어서 재미나게 가지고 놀수도 있습니다.

린쿠타운 역에서 조금 걸으셔야 한다는 점이 있어요, 짐이 크거나 많으면 힘드실 수 있습니다.

Kamarnya bersih dan pemandangannya langsung mengarah ke laut, luar biasa. Ditambah dengan pemandian umum yang besar dan restoran yang enak dan murah🤭

Tempatnya yang sepi, jauh dari keramaian dan dari stasiun kereta lumayan jauh sembari menarik koper. Seandainya ada fasilitas antar jemput, pasti lebih baik ya

1 清潔可以更用心，浴室有奇怪的毛髮 2 櫃檯的恐龍及燈光都很恐怖，膽子小的可能會被嚇死。如果想要無人入住的話，建議放機器跟日光燈就好。 3 因為櫃檯太可怕，這裡我不會再住第二次
