Situated in Rangeley Lake, this attractive house for $188 per night is a great choice for your next break. Newly constructed home with simply outstanding views, ATV and snowmobile from your doorstep, and convenient to downtown Rangeley! 3 Bedroom and 2 and 1/2 Bath Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and garbage disposal Open kitchen, dining area and living room with views of Haley Pond and the Village of Rangeley Woodstove in living room Bedroom #1 - Main Floor - Queen, with private master bath, tub with hand-held shower attachment Bedroom #2 - Lower Level - Double bed Bedroom #3 - Lower Level - Bunk Room with 4 Twins Main Floor 1/2 bath Lower Level Full bath Lower Level living area, with small bar, mini-fridge, TV, and Ping Pong Table Washer/Dryer in lower level WiFi Smart TV Telephone Books and games Deck with furniture and grill (Available mid-May through mid-October) Firepit with seating No pets allowed This home does have direct ATV trail access. If when renting at one of our homes with trail access, please ride to and from the trail access only. Do not ride around the property or up and down roads. We want our guests to be good neighbors and enjoy the area without disrupting others, so please help with this so everyone can enjoy their time here in Rangeley. Clean & Safe Rental Properties: Keeping our vacation homes sparkling clean is a top priority for us here at Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals. All properties are cleaned, sanitized & disinfected before guests check-in with products proven to eliminate viruses & bacteria. All linens are laundered at an offsite facility and new linens and towels are brought in for every guest's stay. The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information. For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

From the moment we walked in we realized the pictures hadn't done this place justice. The views from the porch and in fact from every window had us snapping pictures non-stop as the lighting over the mountains and lake changed and created new vistas. The house is cozy yet spacious, and so comfortable and well layed out. It is extremely clean and the decor is tasteful and well thought out without being cluttered. The location not only affords amazing views, but is also private with wildlife as the only neighbors. As remote as it seems - it is just minutes to walk to downtown for shopping, restaurants, pizza or simply entertainment. When we chose to eat in, the grocery store was a mere half mile away. Thirty minutes in any direction was hiking, waterfalls, scenic overlooks, and museums. As much as we loved exploring the area, returning to spend time on the deck was always a favorite pastime! We are dreaming of when we can return. I can't think of a thing I'd change except that we need to find a way to stay longer. I must also add that although we haven't personally met the employees of Morton and Furbish, we feel as if we know them and they know us. Their thoughfulness and communication made us feel genuinely cared for.

A peaceful, comfortable cabin. Wonderful views, beautiful sunsets and we loved observing the deer that visit to graze in the yard. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Great ATV and snowmobile access. Close to Rangeley lake and many hiking trails. A perfect property to stay at to experience everything beautiful Rangeley has to offer.

rental is in a nice location for families with sxs or atv's. has nice views and a nice outdoor firepit for winding down after a long day. rental was very nice everything you could ask for only issue is the hotwater system which sucks had hot water the first 2 days then nothing. repairman out numerous times and never fixed it. in my opinion Rangeley is going down hill compared to 2 years ago. not much going on in the area and not many sxs/atv tourists in the area anymore

The Cabin location was great for snowmobiling, right from the door and close to Town for dining. If you book for 2 couples, you will find the second basement level bed too small. The one TV in the basement level, does not have seating for more then 4 guests. Refrigerator ice maker didn't work, so bring ice. The views are beautiful and the deer crossing the yard, was a joy to see.

We stayed here with our toddler over the Christmas holiday week and loved everything about it. Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, nice linens, and the entertainment area on the lower level is a lot of fun for hanging out or kids playing. Lots of firewood stacked neatly under the deck. The home was safe, warm, and cozy. Also loved that everything is so close to this house! IGA and restaurants in town are a 2 minute drive, Saddleback is 13 minutes away. We will definitely come here again and have already recommended the house to a few friends!

This place has it all! Our family had a great time at this cabin! Amazing views of lake and mountains along with great game room with ping pong and board games. Beautiful fire pit looking over the mountains And lake! Had coffee on porch every morning with fantastic view!!! Great location, close to town and easy 7 mile drive to Saddleback. Only negative was second bedroom only had double bed which was not very comfortable.., needs new mattress as when I turned over in bed my husband rolled into middle… lol. Master bedroom was awesome with good bed and two double bunks in good condition in bedroom # 3.
Furniture and kitchen were updated and very nice. We played ping pong every night and had a blast! Overall this is a beautiful place, great views, great location and wonderful time with family. We truly did feel like it was our home away from home!

This is a lovely property. Very close to town, yet very private. The house is attractively decorated and has a well-appointed kitchen. The bed had nice linens and was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

We so enjoyed making Christmas memories here!! Very comfortable & cozy with deer in the back yard! Very well equipped with everything you need. Our tweens loved the ping pong table and bunk beds!! A great location as well.

As others noted master bath is a claw foot tub with no shower - it is a hose attachment and no curtain to contain water so isn’t really functional for non-soakers Unless you can sit in the empty tub. Patio/porch are Anderson door lock sets (lift up handle to throw bolt to lock). I let manager know late in our stay via email that for us bolts wouldn’t operate when door closed so couldn’t secure those doors but we dealt with it easy enough and took valuables with us.

Wonderful experience. We got the property exactly what was presented online. Had great stay with our 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids. Clean, neat and organized home away from home!
