Located on Geographe Bay Road just a small strip of Reserve separates you from the shimmering white sands and aquamarine waters. Only 6 km from the Dunsborough town centre ( perfect bike riding distance for your morning coffee) the property is ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; the Quindalup and Old Dunsborough swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape. Tranquil Waters is the best location for those who appreciate the long stretch of sandy beach and expanse of water perfect for jetskiing, boating, crabbing and fishing as the main boat ramp is located just 750m away. The property has a wide unobstructed driveway and access to the rear yard to park / store boats or trailers or other beach toys during your stay. There is also a mooring available for guest to park their boat directly in front of the property. Place was beautifull! Had 5 of us stay here for a girls trip and can gladly say this place was perfect and everything needed. Such a homely vibe with areas to relax. Less than a 4min walk across to the road to the beach and beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Thank you for being bliss to liaise with and ensuring our stay was accommodating.

We found this to be an excellent, well maintained holiday home in a quiet location next to the beach of Geographe Bay. Less than a 10 minute drive from the wide range of shops and food outlets in Dunsborough. On arrival, there was no electricity to about a third of the house, but quickly resolved by opening the meter box and flicking the necessary switch. The bottle of red wine greeting our arrival was very much appreciated, thank you.

We loved Tranquil Waters, it was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Very comfy beds and furniture, a fireplace that worked well plus air-conditioning, lovely big enclosed backyard for our dog and located right on the dog beach and walk trail. Its a quiet area but close to town. We appreciated the nespresso machine and the complimentary bottle of local wine. The property managers are very professional and great to deal with, highly recommend.

A wonderful location for a family holiday. A very peaceful place. There were no additional blankets for the cold nights, luckily I brought extra. Previous holiday makers did not pooper scoop after their pets. Otherwise we had a great vacation.

Brilliant Location
Great family stay, with our dog! Walked accross to the beach every day...very relaxing. Lovely sitting outside on the balcony enjoying the trees and birds life. We'll definitely be back.

Only problem with this house after some rain, out the back and little bits of the front has black dirt where the grass has died and trying to keep the toddlers from running black dirt through the house was an epic struggle. Had to sacrifice a number of towels to wipe your feet on as there was no Door matts insight.
Please build a deck out the back or just pave over the dead grass area.
Would definitely come back but only in summer.

We would stay there again if we had a large group to "dilute" the daily rate which is fine if you have 2 families.

tranquil Waters by name and locations
The location and view were divine the check-in and out process easy, would have loved there to have been dryer, easy 30m walk to a stunning beach and surrounded by beautiful big shady trees. Service was a little hit and miss which helps if you want to come off line. Overall a great property and a wonderful stay.

Great location and the house was clean. For the price per night we were disappointed as the beds are very small, the air conditioning in the upstairs room drips on your head and the house is quite dated. There are houses for rent that are far more luxurious and at a cheaper price.

Nice property with good facilities. Great location and being able to take your pet is a bonus. Would be nice if there was some paving at the back door as the sand isn't great. L overly big and secure back yard. Easy place to have a nice relaxing holiday.
