Breakfast was very good healthy options were available. Staff at the canteen were very nice
The room was clean

There was no receptionist when we arrived a group of us. Some have no keys to their rooms though an emergency number was displayed at the reception. Which we called and someone came to see to us.
Rooms are quiet small
No doors to the bathroom no privacy and it’s right next to the entrance to the room.

Super clean room, quiet and good air conditioning which was a huge bonus.
No kettle in the room and the pillows were very small and not good quality. I'd bring your own!

Good comfortable bed. We loved the smaller sized pillows. I don’t like hotels with large pillows. Very friendly staff. Nice location near all the shopping and restaurants.

The terrible attitude of the receptionist who was making fun of my disability managed to ruin the stay from the very first minute.
The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom by a narrow piece of glass, so the whole bathroom floor ended up wet.
