It was relaxing.

Downtown Nashville, 20 minute walk - great walking distance from Broadway. Room is right on the river, nice view.

Exceptional

We liked how much privacy we had. Also, the 20 minute walk to downtown Broadway St wasn’t bad at all! The walk is straightforward and after the initial time walking and using GPS, we didn’t need it after the first walk.

Would have loved to sit on the little porch, but it was covered in spider webs.

We left and went to a hotel.

bed was comfortable

The futon couch/bed was extremely old and uncomfortable and had very big sagging problems. The orange chair was ripped. The stools at the table were uncomfortable. The shower didn’t drain well. The bath tub was stained and didn’t look clean. The “hand” chair was uncomfortable. Floor was dirty under desk. There were tons of spider webs on the balcony. The property was in an unsafe location to walk to downtown Nashville and there were minimal street lights and lots of homeless people.

Nice but needed a little more cleaning and you have to wash your own towels and pay for it too mmm

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the property including a 2 cup coffee pot instead of average size. The patio furniture was filthy and the over growth of trees & bushes was so bad that we couldn't see the river, the floors were disgustingly dirty (our feet were black after walking on them), the furniture was extremely old & uncomfortable, the shower curtain fell off the wall 3 times, there was no cable TV, the password for wi-fi was not correct, & the overall condition of the apartment was run down. Because of all this we left a day early. We feel that the add on booking.com was extremely desiving. That said, we feel that we deserve a partial reimbursement. I would be happy to discuss this further & would like a response ASAP. We feel that unless we receive compensation & the booking.com ad is changed we will be compelled to post a negative review on the website and will tell others to avoid them.

I liked the decor, it was a nice condo building, the bed was super comfy, value was good.

Too small for 3 people, the patio was not clean, thought it was going to be a little closer walking distance to Broadway, also didn’t like how there wasn’t a door to the bedroom.
