The location was everything for us. We went there for my daughter‘s 21st birthday, and it was easy to get to everything she wanted to do and all the brunch and dinner locations were close by, if we had to Uber, it was fairly cheap!! The atmosphere of the hotel was everything as well!! Michael, one of the gentleman who works there is amazing and Sam and the other bartenders up at the rooftop are very kind people.. definitely a great place to stay and if we ever make it back, this will be where we will go again
I honestly don’t think there was anything we didn’t like I would say the only thing would be not having a microwave in the room, but besides that I really don’t have complaints

Check in/out process. Location was perfect!
Smallish area in the bathroom for my wife’s products.

The location was fantastic. The staff was excellent, both on site and the couple times I called prior to our arrival. When we needed an ironing board, iron and extra hangars they brought them immediately. Coffee station was great! We didn’t use the kitchenette in our room, but was nice and well equipped if someone wanted to. Sandra was great!!
There was construction going on both above on the roof as well as the room across the hall. They started hammering and sawing around 6 am every morning. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere. Both beds in our room were very broken down on the aisle side. We had to sleep on the outside/opposite from inside to be able to lay flat. Had there been 4 of us, vs 2, it would’ve been impossible to sleep.

Location
Over complicated systems. Industrial look that just didn't work. Noise from outside room. No consideration from contractors. Good chance that one of the room staff tried to tamper with the safe, can't prove it but something happened. Overall like a work in progress rather than a completed, not cheap, room. Not a hotel in any sense of the word.
