Bed was comfy.
Staff didn't speak English. Buffet food went cold super fast and noone on coffee station

The place was not crowded with staff but they were always close when you needed anything. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and willing to go out of their way to help me. It was really help that almost all the staff could speak English.
Even though there was a lot of people, they managed to always make it seem tranquil.

This was our second stay with the Cordis at Dongqian lake and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves again! The room was fantastic, with all the modern amenities needed, and had great views of the lake.
As ever, the staff were attentive and saw to all our needs. We had a lovely dinner in the Ming Court restaurant, enjoying delicious and fresh Ningbo cuisine.
It was nice to see Monica at the Health Club, who took the time to chat with us and serve coffee. Finally as we were checking out a staff member, Max, realised we had been waiting and took it upon himself to ensure our checkout was arranged. He was very friendly and polite.
We did feel the 'relaxation pool' was not particularly relaxing as there were a lot of children using the pool too!
It would have been nice to have outdoor furniture on our balcony so we could sit outside and enjoy the sunset, last time we stayed our balcony had some seating outdoors.
