Luna Volcán was the perfect way to finish our tour of Ecuador. Perched high above Baños, the hotel offers some of the most breathtaking panoramic views we've ever experienced. Waking up to the mountains, watching the clouds roll through the valley, and relaxing in the volcanic hot pools while overlooking the town below was simply unforgettable. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the whole property feels peaceful, luxurious and immersed in nature.
The accommodation was excellent—our room was spacious, immaculately clean, comfortable and full of character. The thermal pools, jacuzzis and spa facilities were outstanding and provided the perfect place to unwind after exploring the area. Every part of the hotel is designed to help you relax, and it succeeds effortlessly.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive and professional, always happy to help with a smile. The food was also superb, with an excellent breakfast and beautifully prepared evening meals. We have stayed in several wonderful haciendas during our Ecuador trip, but Luna Volcán provided the perfect combination of spectacular scenery, luxury, outstanding service and relaxation. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baños.
