It is quite near Malioboro street.
We didn't get any housekeeping service during our stay there.. The towel is thin and torn.

Lokasinya dekat dengan malioboro
Banyak area kuliner dekat hotel jadi tidak susah kalau mencari makan (dekat pasar tradisional yaitu pasar jambu)
Tidak ada elevator sehingga akses ke lantai atas cukup menyulitkan untuk orang tua.
Tempat parkir sangat terbatas, kalau tidak dapat tempat di hotel maka harus membayar parkir umum yang berkisar antara 50k - 150k per malam
Dispenser air panas hanya ada di lantai 1 dekat resepsionis, sebaiknya disediakan di setiap lantai

LOCATION IS GOOD. NEAR TO MALIOBORO STREET, HAS SPACE FOR DROP OFF. NEAR TO CONVENIENCE MART AND LAUNDRY WHICH CAN PICKUP AND DROP AT HOTEL. ROOM SIZE IS BIG.
AIRCOND NOT COLD, TOILET NOT CLEAN, HOT SHOWER NOT CONSISTENT, SOMETIMES HOT AND SOMETIMES LIKE NOT FUNCTIONING.

Staff was friendly enough to attend the request.
We mentioned the water faucet need to be repaired since day one. It was only secured by rubber band and creating squeaking noise. This is not acceptable. Bathroom cleanliness need to improve if your facility planning to compete against other brands as Oyo or others.
