We enjoyed all of the amenities available there. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of sitting areas. The kitchen was nice for my family of 3.
I’m not sure how clean the indoor floors were because we found a small dead frog in one of the bathrooms. It looked like it had been there for a while. The back screened in porch had lots of dead bugs on the floor. I swept them out and shook out the rugs so we could sit out there. The air conditioner would not go lower than 75, thank goodness there were ceiling fans.

The space was nice, although finding the front door was difficult without directions. Very odd set up.
The tile floors have a horrible soapy buildup, which made our feet filthy. The area rug in the family room is filthy from people’s dirty feet. The couch is getting that way too.
The secondary bedroom with a queen bed had no storage in the closet, there were pieces of board covered up with a sheet.. in the giant desk took up so much of the room a small dresser would be more convenient.
The pots in the kitchen are very scratched up and need replacing

Everything about the experience was spot on. The ONLY issue we had were the mosquitoes and there was a giant dead German cockroach in the closet of the second bedroom when we arrived and another under the master was a few days later. So whatever was used to kill them was working but I would highly suggest removing the plant at the front door because mosquitoes seem to love it and stay there. They are sucked in as soon as the door is opened.
Just the bugs. I also purchased bug spray. We did not sit outside as when we’re about to there were two very large spiders and I didn’t want to attempt sitting on the cushions and something waiting. So I sprayed and killed them but it was pretty much a done deal from that point on sitting on the very very beautiful patio.

Good space, great location. Good amenities in the apartment, parking space.
When we arrived there were 5 dead cockroaches and cockroach droppings throughout the apartment. I had to Hoover, clean all surfaces and clean the bathrooms before we could move our children and belongings in. I rang the realty office and was put through to an answering service as it was 5.10pm, I was assured someone from the office would call me but they did not.
On the last day of our stay a further 6 live cockroaches were found in the apartment.
Also the doorway is a hive of flies and mosquitos we had to spray with bug spray every time we left the apartment.
