Apartment house with 48 apartments. On 62 m² up to 4 people can spend a fantastic holiday here. With the elevator you reach the beautiful apartment in the 6. Floor very simple. The exclusively furnished living and dining area with a dining area and a TV set invites you to linger. The cleverly integrated fully equipped kitchenette provides all amenities. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed ensure a good night's sleep. Furthermore, this apartment has a modern shower room and a guest toilet. On arrival 2 beds are made and towels are ready for you. WiFi is accessible without cost. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

This exclusive building on the Wismar harbor tip promises a holiday of the extra class. The former granary, after its complete refurbishment in 2018, has a lift and 48 luxurious holiday apartments.
