About this condo rental

Located in Zirchow, this lovely condo for $173 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The apartment with 119 m² living space has a large living-dining area with open kitchen, bio-ethanol fireplace, large dining table for up to 6 people, leather sofa set, satellite TV (incl. SKY). The apartment has a free, own W-LAN connection. Equipment Kitchen: fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, coffee machine (filter and capsule machine), juicer, kettle. 2 bedrooms with box spring beds 1,80m x 2,00m and satellite TV. One of them a bedroom with large bathroom (en-suite) with walk-in shower. 1 bedroom with sofa bed, sleeping area (0,90m x 2,00m or 1,80 x 2,00m) and satellite TV. Bathroom 2 with shower cabin 0,90m x 0,90m. Hairdryers are available in every bathroom. Large terrace with dining table for 6 persons, two relax armchairs with lift-up position, plus 2 footstools, 1 deck-swing chair. The lawn in front of the terrace belongs to the apartment. Great water view. The apartment has a carport and a lockable bicycle storage. A recharge option for e-bikes is available. Bicycle rental (fee) in the area. A contact for any questions of everyday life is also always on site. The whole area, the offer, the size and the location are unique on the sunny island of Usedom.   House 1 / apartment 1 On a park-like plot of over 20,000 square meters, the oasis on the lagoon. All terraces / balconies are in an ideal south facing position with fantastic views of the lagoon. Very tasteful decor with great attention to detail. The excellent equipment leaves nothing to be desired.  The houses 1 and 2 have in the basement 365 m² leisure wellness and fitness areas, which are available to all guests. There is bio and Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, fitness, massages by appointment. Recreation rooms, playroom for toddlers, billiards, table tennis and V. A. more. Outside there are playgrounds for large and small children, several barbecue areas. The Haffterrasse invites you to relax with a glass of wine. The Hangar 10 with its worlds of experience, aircraft museum and the very good restaurant is within walking distance after only 400 meters. The imperial baths are only 10-15 minutes by car. The tranquility and seclusion of the Haffk��������ste guarantee, in contrast to the imperial baths, pure relaxation. The small airport Heringsdorf is only open from late April to late October and has a maximum flight volume of 6-8 machines on the weekends. All our guests rave about the heavenly peace in the oasis. The entire facility is barrier-free!
