The house "Lister beacon" houses in a well-kept, white brick building with hard roofing a spacious, 190 square meter apartment in the beach house style for your Sylt holiday with up to six people. The whole decor is bright and friendly with lots of wood, white fitted wardrobes and light real wood flooring. The ground floor has a spacious living room with adjoining dining room and open kitchen. The modern television with satellite reception and the first-class Bose sound system are inconspicuously integrated into the interior. In the living room, the open fireplace provides a romantic atmosphere. The large kitchen is separated from the spacious dining room by a breakfast bar. All the comforts of a modern kitchen from the stove over the microwave to the fridge / freezer and a dishwasher are provided. From the living room and dining room you come to the two terraces. The kitchen has another access to the garden. Also on the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a dressing room. The upper floor offers a noble look with white wood paneling. Upstairs is a large, bright bathroom with bath and spacious shower cubicle, two sinks and toilet. The first bedroom has a 2 x 2 meter boxspring bed. The second bedroom has a 1.60 x 2.00 meter large double bed, a small desk and a private shower room with toilet and separate laundry room with washing machine. The third bedroom has a pull-out bed for one to two people, a desk and a TV. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and offer a wonderful view of the sea and nature. In front of the door are two parking spaces and a mature, cozy garden with two terraces and a beach chair. A spacious garden house offers enough space for bicycles and for cozy barbecues in the Sylt holiday is a first-class Weber grill available.
