ALL was really good. Centrally located, Bus and Metro stations are nearby. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Big size, clean and comfortable room, Good soundproofing.

The location was amazing, we could not have asked for more. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and quite nice for the price. Staff were nice and friendly. A great budget option.
Quite a few mistakes happened. We got the key to the wrong room when we checked in (for 4 ppl), which is fine and was fixed straight away. But it seemed like this issue followed us throughout our stay. Our card stopped working basically once a day, and one time new guests got a card for our room and opened the door when we were there. I called reception and they were friendly but just said "oh sorry, we made a mistake" and nothing else. I think accidentally giving access to our room to new guests is quite serious and wish they had shown us that they felt the same, rather than just "oops sorry".
