The location was absolutely stunning. The apartment overlooks the Bay of Naples with a great view of Mt.Vesuvius. The apartment was clean and quiet and the host,Luisa, was great. The apartment was located about 4 miles from Sorrento but there was a bus stop right by the apartment. A one way ticket to Sorrento was 1.50 euro. There were 2 very good restaurants in walking distance.
Be aware there is no lift available and there are several flights of stairs to navigate.

Luisa and her father were great hosts, were very caring and made sure that we had everything we needed. The villa was clean and well equipped, great view and with parking space...very important.
We would like to come back in the future and stay at the villa.

La struttura gode di una vista davvero mozzafiato e ha una base con un potenziale enorme. Nota assolutamente positiva anche per la climatizzazione, efficiente e ben funzionante, e per il Wi-Fi, stabile e veloce per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Buona l’accoglienza.
Purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata compromessa da diversi aspetti che in una località come Sorrento fanno la differenza:
Mancanza d'acqua: Il disservizio più grave. Per due mattine consecutive siamo rimasti senz'acqua. Una struttura di questo livello dovrebbe tassativamente dotarsi di un boiler/autoclave di riserva per evitare simili disagi agli ospiti.
Pulizia decisamente migliorabile: Al nostro arrivo l'igiene non era impeccabile; in particolare, la maggior parte delle stoviglie è risultata unta, costringendoci a rilavarle prima dell'uso.
Dettagli trascurati: Ci sono elementi esterni che meriterebbero più cura. Un esempio su tutti? Il finto prato sul terrazzo, ormai vecchio, usurato e scollato in molti punti, che rovina l'estetica dell'ambiente.
Logistica e Accessibilità: Aspetto da tenere in forte considerazione prima di prenotare. L'accessibilità è limitata a causa delle troppe scale da fare a piedi e il parcheggio si è rivelato decisamente difficoltoso.
In sintesi
Insomma, si può fare molto meglio. La posizione e la vista sono straordinarie, ma la gestione dei servizi essenziali, la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli non sono all'altezza del potenziale della villa. Con qualche accorgimento e più attenzione all'ospite potrebbe diventare un gioiello, ma al momento l'esperienza è stata sotto le aspettative.
