About this house rental
Located in North Beach Haven, this charming house for $377 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 2nd FLOOR UNIT You and your family will absolutely LOVE this comfortably furnished BAY FRONT Beach Home with large deck and Amazing Sunset Views! This property is a 2nd floor of a duplex with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths on each floor. It's a Bay Front Property that is only one short block from the Ocean Beach. Very easy Bay and Beach access. For your pleasure and convenience we provide 4 beach badges (kids under 12 are free) and beach chairs. A kayak is available for our guests at no additional cost (shared by both floors) with easy bay access for launching in our back yard. Our large and replenished beach has a full-time lifeguard on duty during the high season. Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen 40' TV and a nice comfortable sectional sofa will make you feel like home. Two bedrooms have queen size bed with NEW HIGH QUALITY comfortable mattresses and the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Gas BBQ Grill. Gates on the deck. Please, no smoking. No linens/towels are provided. Washer and dryer are located downstairs in garage area. A deposit of half the term of rental is required at the time of booking as is a signed contract and the balance of the rental is due one month prior to check-in. Saturday - to - Saturday. Check in at 4 pm, check out at 10 am. A short walk to the many restaurants (Daddy O is only a few streets away - it's a nice restaurant, famous for it's happy hours :-)), ice cream parlor and a lunch place DOM's is very close , liquor store, food store and gift shops. Miniature golf is available a short distance away. Fishing equipment, kayaks, surf boards, jet skis are available for rent nearby. COME AND ENJOY peaceful mornings with glorious sunrises, afternoons filled with fun activities and sandy feet and in the evening find yourself enjoying soft and warm evening breeze and absolutely gorgeous sunsets while resting in the lounge chair with a glass of your favorite wine. Or have your own waterfront dining on our large deck overlooking the bay. What can be more relaxing? As a long time visitor to LBI, I knew the Island and location well so I was happy for this location where you can walk to many places and be close to both the beach and the bay.
My reasons for choosing this property were: 1. The bay front view. 2. The ability to bring my pup 3. The rental cost. And this property did not disappoint!!
Going in with an understanding that the structure is one of the older more traditional properties, we just wanted clean and accessible and that is what we got.
The top deck view of the evening sunset is amazing. I brought my own cushions for the Adirondack deck chairs which we were glad we did because we spent two hours out there every night. You can start your morning with some quick kayaking and then walk to the beach. The owners supply beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys.
The house is clean and rooms have beachy decor.
The deck has a gate so pups or kids cannot fall down the steep stairs.
The owners were very quick to reply via text to all questions.
We were glad to have spent some time here. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

Our stay was great. Thank you. The only thing that I found negative was the late ability of getting in. Unless you own hundreds of properties and only hire one cleaning organization it should not take til 400 pm to go in. Also this is a pet friendly unit so I know owner is aware people travel far pets are not allowed on beach so your first day is a wash out. The day you leave is sooo early 10 am but no cleaners come til late because of your 4 pm entrance rule so why do we have to leave early ?so you lose another day because you can’t bring pets on beach and you can’t stay there. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay but really it’s a five day stay not seven . Thank you june

We had a great time at your lovely beach house. I loved that my dog was able to come with us too.
We loved the deck in the AM/PM the views were lovely!!
Only comments would be getting to the beach to kayak was a bit hazardous the rocks were unsteady would be nice to have a stable walkway to get back and forth. And the bedroom with bunk beds didnt have adequate clothing storage.
Other than that we loved everything and had a wonderful time! Thank you.

This was a cozy escape right on the bay. The sunset each night was fantastic! It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of living space for 3 adults The only complaint would be the noise from the busy road. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband, my dog and I had a great time at this little gem tucked away in October. The view of the bay from the living area and deck is to die for . I never tired of it. The beach is 1 block away so the location is amazing. We cooked in the more than ample kitchen almost every night. We had a fabulous time away!

2nd fl duplex was clean and had all we needed. Views of bay were amazing . A block walk to beach - crossing busy main road - house is in between 2 lights which made crossing manageable . Overall it met our needs to extend our stay but somewhat busy noisy road . Walkable to Daddios .

We really enjoyed our week at this property! The unit was lovely, clean and spacious. The deck views of the bay and sunset were awesome! The beach was such a short walk as well. It was the perfect location to enjoy both the bay and the beach. The only downside is that this property does not have a dock - so the only access to the bay is over rocks and onto the marsh at low tide. A dock would have been preferable to enter the bay for us, but other than that we loved our stay!

We absolutely loved this house, especially the deck and the view of the beautiful bay and oh boy, the sunsets!You are literally sitting feet from the bay. We brought a kayak but there is a single one there, and rentals nearby. Great location to a deli (walking distance) and short drive to restaurants. Only one block to the beach! Perfect! The house inside is lovely and super clean and comfortable. We’ve never seen a better stocked kitchen in a rental. Just like home. Decor is beautiful and the large windows provide a wonderful view. Love the outdoor showers; nice and clean. Laundry room downstairs has many beach chairs, boogey boards and beach toys. Great washer and dryer. There are tall stairs outside to the upper floor (where we were) which may be an issue for some. We were okay with it, just something to know.. The owners are just super nice, kind and friendly, very responsive. I just cannot say enough about our week there. It was just awesome. I’d give it more than five stars if I could! Our family loved our week there.

This was a nice property, right on the bay. The house was clean and the owners were quick to respond to my texts. The only issue I had was in the description it said to bring your own sheets and towels, but nothing about bringing your own toilet paper, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. That would have been a big help.

The view is amazing!!
We come to LBI every summer and have rented in different areas. Brant Beach is our favorite! This home is located on LBI Boulevard on the bay side. Short walk to the beach if you don’t have little kids to cross the busy road. The bay view was spectacular and relaxing. We enjoyed peaceful rides in the kayak. Will definitely rent this property again!

With such a hectic year coming to an end, our family needed a change of scenery to enjoy some downtime and to recharge for 2021. We were happy to find Viktoriya and Kevin's property listed on VRBO. The rental included enough space for our family of 4 and allowed us to bring our furry friend.
We knew that booking a shore rental in the off-season could provide some pluses and some minuses. Viktoriya was extremely generous to provide an early check-in and late checkout. She was super responsive in answering our questions. The building is a bit older than surrounding properties but everything was very clean. The propane tank for the grill was empty but Kevin brought us a tank and explained that it's normally filled during the warmer months. The unit including beds and furniture were updated and very comfortable. The deck and sunset views over the bay are really special. I started every morning by drinking my coffee and watching the birds over the bay.
All in all, Viktoriya was great to work with, the unit was clean and met our needs, the price was right, we could bring our furry friend, and the view of the bay helped us recharge for the year ahead.

Gorgeous bayside views
The view here is stunning. We loved sunsets grilling and eating dinner on the deck. The bed we slept on was very very comfy which is rare to find in a rental. Our friends in the other queen room agreed. Everything we needed to cook simple meals was in the kitchen and the unit was very very clean. Would highly recommend this rental. If you are a light sleeper there is some light noise from the boulevard but nothing a fan or white noise machine cant fix.

We had breakfast on the deck in the morning before the sun showed up and enjoyed the fun chairs for reading in the sun later in the morning. The sunsets were amazing! We had a front row seat every night! Our queen master bed was very comfy. The windows could use some room darkening shades or curtains, because that sun wakes you up at 5:30 every day! There are one full and one half bathrooms, and two other bedrooms. Both as described. The LR was comfy and there was a TV in the LR and master BR. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. One night when we brought lobsters home to cook, we had a hard time because there were no seafood tools. There is a large pot to cook them in, but nothing to open the claws or tail, not even kitchen scissors. But , we managed! Other things that would have been nice: a full length mirror, a full sized ironing board and a clock in the BR. But, this would not stop us from renting here again, The cleanliness and location make this one of our favorite places that we have ever rented.

Perfect short get-away to give the kids a break from the day to day. Property was very clean and more than enough room for our family. Short distance to the beach and all other LBI attractions. Kevin was very easy to work with and extremely prompt in all his responses. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy LBI anytime of year.
