About this apartment rental

The studio is located in the Simpson Bay Yacht Club right on the waterfront. A gated residence with 24/7 security, 2 swimming pools, an outdoor jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts. When you walk out the Simpson Bay Yacht Club you will find bakeries, lunch rooms, great restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, night-life hot spots. The studio has a great view on the marina. Your private parking place is located in the front of the studio.

Close to all important facilities and services in the area, within walking and driving distance of the property. Kim, our host, was always available to address any questions or needs that we might have had. A very nice, simple property with all of the basic amenities needed for a short term stay.

We had a wonderful 7-night stay here! Within walking distance to so many restaurants & grocery store which is so convenient. Nice & quiet location with view of marina so pretty & peaceful. Kim went above & beyond by welcoming us personally and could not have been nicer or more helpful. Definitely recommend!! :)
