About this house rental
This house is only available for the dates of April 6-13 2025. Minimum stay of 2 nights required. So if you are looking for the ideal home to rent for Masters this can be the one. Our home was completed in August of 2017 and is a perfect place to stay and relax during your time at the Masters. We are located in Evans 11 miles from the course (approximately 15 minutes). Close enough to be super convenient and out enough to enjoy a relaxing evening after a day at the course. Surrounded by pine trees this modern farmhouse will accommodate up to 8-10 people comfortably. With 4 bedrooms, a bonus room and loft area, spreading out and having your own bed and bathroom will be easy to accommodate.
The large great room area is perfect for eating, sitting around the 10 person farm table or hanging out and watching television on the 65" TV. The kitchen island can seat another 5 people, as well as the breakfast nook which can seat another 6 people. Plenty of space to eat, play games or relax.
The back porch (along with gas grill) is also a great place to hang out at night.
The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and a large tub.
The three bedrooms upstairs will sleep 6 comfortably with the option to add two more sleeping areas in the bonus room and loft area. The house is set up to where the master and other three bedrooms have a great deal of separation and privacy for a comfortable night's sleep.
There is a gas fireplace, and also a study with a piano.
There is a 2 car garage as well as a 2 car outdoor parking pad. We rented our previous home for over 15 years so we know how to set things up and make it a great stay for you and your guests.

Everything about the experience was fantastic. The house was perfectly clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Brent was available at all hours to help us locate things and provide suggestions, although it is worth noting that there were no problems. The location of the house was great for accessing the Masters but also close to convenience shopping. I would absolutely return if in the area again.

A great time was had by all at Brandon's house. He is an excellent and attentive host and I highly recommend stating there. Hoping to return for next year's Masters!
